This message appears for me when I try to open or run the VHD files, I mean virtual machines

How can I solve this problem even though I can run in XP MODE through WINDOWS VIRTUAL PC

I went to the Panel control, and then to the association and the virtual hard disk type, but I can't find VIRTUAL PC list programs

I use WIN 7
