After you run the update, I am more able to access his blocked website by DEP I found the instructions so I can go and ok the website but I don't know how to get the exc > address I need to add it to my profile
Hello Bettyjjt,
Thank you for posting. I came across some useful measures to alter the functioning DEP.
Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that protects against viruses and other security threats by analyzing your programs to make sure that they use the system safely memory.
If you choose to protect all programs, you can always turn off DEP for individual programs. If you think that a program does not run correctly when DEP is enabled, check for a compatible version of the DEP program or an update from the software publisher before you change your DEP settings.

This option should allow your website to load.

will I lose my files and stored data when I update from windows 7 to windows 8?
will I lose my files and stored data when I update from windows 7 to windows 8?
There is no particular risk to lose anything, if you do an upgrade, rather than a new installation, and if you do it right.
* However *, whenever make you a leap like an upgrade from one version of Windows to another, there is always a risk. Things * can * fool you. So before I do, you should be sure you have a current backup on external support of all important files for you.
And another point. Even if you do not upgrade, it is * always * a risk of losing. So you should be sure you have a current backup on external support of all important files for you * all * time, not just in the moment it takes important steps.

Important updates from Windows I get this message every time that I reboot
I received a message on Tuesday, 13 APRIL, saying "26 updates important WINDOWS", "download and install now", this message appears now everytime I restart the computer, but my computer normally automatically updated, these real updates? I don't want to be wrong in something 'wrong' download any advice on what I need to do please?
Hi Windows model,
It seems that the download process and the automatic installation does not work or has been replaced by the manual process or these updates require a manual procedure for some reason any.
Go to start / Control Panel / Windows updates and see what he says about the available updates. In fact, to be sure, click Find updates first and then when all make them appear results, which should include 26 (or maybe more now). They should all be controlled. Choose to download and install them and then wait until it is complete (this may take a while). Once completed, restart the system and be patient while they go through the process of update during the stopping and starting. The computer can also be a bit slow for a while after the start because he equates updates.
In the meantime, return to the Windows updates and make certain that it is updated automatically on the schedule you selected - otherwise, it's the new setting reset. If so, forget this incident and see if things return to normal. After the return if the system continues to do not automatically update two or three times.
If you run it through Windows update (and not a pop-up message) then you will be fine. If after you have installed all the updates, the message continues to appear, after back with the message Word for Word that is accurate and complete, including all the codes.
I hope this helps. BTW, I checked and discovered 23 needed to be downloaded and installed updates and also I have put to produce automatically - but I didn't get any message (I decided to check because he felt like a while, since the last updates have taken place). I did it and it worked fine. Now, I also expect to see if automatic updates (and it is defined in this way) returns to normal after this one incident.
Good luck!

Are Office 2010 Cumulative installed automatically updated from Windows Update?
I have Office 2010 Pro Plus installed on several machines, if they are installed through Windows Update hoe can you check the cumulative updates have been applied.
OK, gotcha now. [From a technical point of view, Office updates are only available via automatic updates if Microsoft Update (vs Windows Update) is the source of the default update.]

I have r530i samsung that is less than 8 weeks, after that 1 week, a new set of windows udates appeared which caused my Internet to lose. I spoke to my internet provider, between us, we confirmed there was nothing wrong with the connection or otherwise (I was able to access the internet from another PC using the same provider and user name) it was suggesteed downloads had done something for my wirless modem.
I did a complete system restore and it worked just fine.
a few weeks later, the same problem occurred after some updates of windows. Unfortunately the fault can be diagnosed because I can't access the internet? I did a full recharge of the system of 23/10/10, this has worked fine, windows then downloaded updates and my internet access has failed once again so I have disabled the automatic updates and everything seems fine.
all connections work well, I can still see the home hub it won't let me access the help please
Hello
There are various reasons for internet connection doesn't work after installing the update of windows on the computer.
First of all, I would say that you check the update is causing the problem.
To see the updates are installed on your computer
(a) open the updates installed by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking programs, and then r undeprograms and features, click view installed updates.
Once you know the update's KB number then visit the Microsoft Download and put the number in the search box, download and install the update manually after placing the computer in a clean boot state.
http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Reset the computer to start as usual
When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:
(a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
(b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.
(c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.
(d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.
I hope this helps!
