Thought of blackBerry Smartphones...

I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 with OS v6.  I have no problems with this phone until recently.  These days it worked VERY slow!  In addition, it has been freezing on me while the "Hourglass" round and round.  I think it's weird that my phone just started acting this way all of a sudden.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you.

First of all, let's make sure that you don't have too many applications running in the background, taking up precious memory.  While on your home screen, press and hold the menu button for a few seconds.  How many applications are listed?  Some of them, such as home, phone, Messages, browser, have to run all the time, however if you have much more than that, consider stop some of them.  To do this properly, go to the application, press the menu key and select close or exit.  Do this for each application that you don't need at this time here.

Then remove the battery while your phone is on, replace it.  This will clear your cache and clear memory.

    It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

    If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

    But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '.     I recently had a pressure of crack in the LCD screen on my Curve 8310.

    I need to access my passwords stored in password keeper, however given that the LCD is toast, impossible to read anything on the phone.

    I'm waiting on a replacement LCD screen, but need to pass, as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Are there programs to display the program on the pc?

    I tried a solution that actuall work, so I thought I'd post in case anyone else has this same problem.

    I had previously saved data for my Blackberry Curve 8310 using the office management software.

    I downloaded a Simulatr for my Curve 8310 and installed the software.  I found the Simulator to the BlackBerry Smartphone simulators - URL

    Once the program was installed, I ran the program, which shows a picture of the phone.

    I started my office management software.

    Now to back in the Smartphone Simulator

    In the menu, I selected 'USB cable connected' which simulates the connection of the smartphone.

    Once I did this, the office management software prompted me to create settings then phone again.

    Once I implemented this new virtual phone, I restored my backup from the virtual desktop management software to the new.

    I could then use the mouse to go to the password manager and open the program.  It prompted me for my password and all data appeared.

    Okay so I recently bought a blackberry 9800 torch of my friend, its not in poor condition but it has a few scratches on it. the phone also worked well for her.

    This morning, installed an app to rename my files of music, called MTagz or something like that

    directly after the installation, a grey box with a blue loading circle sign and the word loading it appeared. I thought he'd go after a while, but long story short, he didn't.

    Ive tried to restart and turn my phone off, then on, but it won't work. If I could, I would like to uninstall the app, but my phone is completely insensitive.

    I would like to 'mirror' a Blackberry. The idea is that I have two BB - one which is actively used and synchronization with Outlook and the other which is a spare drive which will be constantly updated with changes made to the other. If the primary fails the user captures just the spare wheel and it will have the same contacts/calendar/E-mail like other - a phone log is not important - we can swap SIM if necessary that two phones would be of the same ISP.  My thought was that the hot spare may be constantly locally directly connected to Outlook and in some sort the magic could do with this.  However I'm not stuck on that solution - I'm open to other ideas on how to achieve this. If this isn't the correct forum please tell me the right pair. Thanks in advance for any attention to this.

    Unfortunately there is no way mirror 2 automatically BlackBerry smartphones, however, I may have a few options for you.

    1. you can use the BlackBerry Desktop Software to make frequent backups of the main unit.  This would allow you to restore the backup of the unity of "backup" if necessary.

    2 use the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) to manage the devices on your network.  The BES does automatic backups of the active device wireless.  If this device "fails" or "dies", you can activate the backup device on the same e-mail account to restore the backup of the data.

    I have 2 BB Curve 8520's, who has "App error 523" coming up on the screen.

    I downloaded the most current BB Desktop software if I could fix it.

    My problem is that even if the phone is recognized, it does not connect...

    At the bottom right it says it connects, but never does.

    My other BB 8520 is easily connected & I can access all the options in the menu drop-down menu...
