  This symptom occur because a 64-bit process that is running on a computer that is running an x 64 version of Windows cannot load the 32 bit files .dll required by some features of the program.

  Try the following work around:

  You must use the 32-bit version of Windows Explorer. The 32-bit version of Windows Explorer is located in the folder %windir%\Syswow64 on the computer that is running an x 64 version of Windows.

  To use the 32-bit version of Windows Explorer, follow these steps:

Everything worked well in the beginning and it was really useful, it is a project with a LOT of clips from different places and it saved me time to know which clip shows that. I tried to change the different mode of "video head and tail" and "Continuous video miniature", but nothing has changed, sometimes feels blind flight. ". I stopped the machine rebooted everything but no change, clean the cache and all but NOTHING. Someone had the same problem?
