  If you have the Setup program and the serial number of the product, you can install and activate it on your new machine.

  However, we recommend to use the compatible software on your machine.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry messenger not able to open your messages or send to contacts

  TELUS Tour 9630, Out of the blue that I'm not able to open blackberry messages (they are very well received) and I can not start a new conversation with a contact.  When I click on the name of contacts, nothing happens, if I try to "open chat" nothing happens.  The only way to send a message is to "Get the Message".  I have no problem with email or SMS.

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  After restarting, try again.

  AOL toolbar extension has been reported because of this problem with an empty window that appears at startup.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

  I opened Firefox without problem - it opens all my existing tabs. When I choose a tab and move the cursor on a page (no key) Firefox will be random (not always) open this page in a new window. VERY annoying!

  In Windows Mail, I have a problem deleting messages, a note comes up saying "an unknown error has occurred." Messages can be opened with the message "message was not found. I am running Vista with the 32-bit version, so I ran the 32-bit update and received the message that 'update doews not apply to your system. I also ran the 64-bit update but got the same message. Anyone able to help me?

  This is usually due to a mismatch between what is in the message store and what is in the database and is usually caused by invading antivirus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Try to compact and repair the database and see if that fixes the problem (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).

  I just changed to a new PC with Windows 7 and load of MS Money 2005 I already ran on my Windows XP machine. It will not open now the my money file. It says it cannot find or open the file "C:\Users\Derek\Documents\my accounts.mny", although the file is there and creates a backup file MS Money 2004 in the same place.
