  Please give the following a try while I think about alternatives.

  Take your mouse and drag the right edge of the still to increase its duration. You can use the timecode pop to determine the extent of the increase.

  

  If you have other pictures to the right and not side by side and space to spare, they should not move when you increase the duration of the clip as suggested above.

  I want to stretch a "background of movement", I. The file is a 29 10seconds 1920 x 1080 file .mov in length.

  I need 20 seconds of 200% out of it.

  I tried to create a new comp with 23 total seconds (to support the doubling of it)

  I tried to select both on the time line (right click) and especially "Time Stretch" selected 200%

  and don't set the time manually to 'double' (20.00 seconds) still no time double on the timeline?

  Still sitting with a second timeline 10?

  What did I miss?

  Did you see the part of my post that says to change composition settings? No need to make a new one, simply change the parameters of the model. CTRL/Cmnd + K will do.

  Hello. I use the AE6 windows version.

  Sometimes, I want to "organize animations interporation" on some layers and hold these compositions of temporal compositions that contains layers with animation interporation, but if I have time, it ruins the interporaton waiting and make them all interporation steers. This mess all fit interporation animations.

  My nest of layer is something like that.

  In this case, the composition B composition has ruins of layer A wedge interporation animation if the composition B is stretched at the same time. Can I keep the bilge interporation? Right now I have pre-made composition B and replace it with the video file and the time - stretch the video file. Film file doen't break the interporation wedge of course.

  Try to apply the posterize time effect or a posterizeTime() expression to quantify the nearest keyframe interpolation. Also, you can activate the time remapping in the demo linked to a slider in the main computer and instead of animate inside the model, animate the slider. Other that that, you should consider the restructuring of your project. Seems a bit inefficient to work this way. The behavior is otherwise normal - when manipulate you the weather, your the hold keyframes can meet at fractional moments and AE must interpolate and the next full frame, which can cause some smear and beeps to appear.

• Time Capsule - problem with the backup

  I get the message "an error occurred during the file copying. The problem may be temporary. If the problem persists, use disk utility to repair the backup drive. "A bit of research on Google, it seems that to restart the time capsule actually perform a repair disk. So I did it. The problem comes back, and sometimes she disappears, if I restart the backup, which confuses me. Is it possible to view the error logs and check what is the problem?   Most of the questions is network... and the error messages may not clearly identify between a network and disk problem problem.

  In Europe the warranty period may be 2 or 3 years by law.

  Certainly if you have AppleCare on a supported product... computer, ipad, or apple TV the TC will be replaced by Apple under warranty. Just explain your problem to them.

  I highly recommend that you check your drive TC if there is nothing on what you need... then do a single pass low level format. It's utilitarian airport disk tab Archive is here... then the clear operation.

  It is a low level disk format. (Don't bother with 7 and never even dream of using 35).

  If the problem persists when you restart the backup I suspect network problems... or the TC is a failure... mine (a 3rd in 3 years) comes from the same way... I pulled the drive and replaced it with a better brand than the basic model known problem seagate used Apple.

• Distnoted and Time Machine problem

  Since the update to El Capitan, I had a real problem with the stability of the iMac.  From time to time - a couple of maybe days, three times a day, maybe - it would just freeze with BBOD on the login screen.  So, in general, after wake from sleep or screen saver.  Execution of SSH on the iMac would show distnoted clocked at > 380%; kill that process would be to release all.  He seemed to be repercussions for this purpose - for example, Time Machine, notifications would stop appearing - backups work (depending on the Console) would simply not be notified.

  Anyway, I actually had my TM drive disconnected for more than a week now, and the problem occurred.  So it seems to be one of the three possibilities:

  • bad interaction between distnoted and TM or processes
  • defective drive.  It's a mobile hard drive from Lacie P9223 (but I also have a second desktop Lacie drive that causes the same behavior).  Disk utility shows no problem with either of the readers.
  • bad driver/firmware.  Maybe... in light of the same manufacturer.  I tried the update of the LaCie firmware but it just does not recognize the plugged into readers - I assume that the update is for one or more different models.

  Short run out and buy another drive from a different manufacturer - and who knows how different the internal components are really - someone has an idea how I could continue this?  Everything was ok before the upgrade; I remember that with a previous version of OSX external drives popular of some manufacturers stopped working, I had this problem at the time.

• I did recent changes on my site, and now some tables are is more focused. They look ok in Internet Explorer, and I did literally thousands of times without problems so far.

  I use FP2003 and that you have made changes the number of pages that have simple tables which are all centered in the public Service, and after the download of these tables is all justified to the left seen in Firefox, but in IE, they look very well. I had this site for many years and have more than a thousand pages with tables that I changed several times in the past without problem.

  The pages that work have an extra DIV that makes the center of the page.

• SPA10 battery and BIOS of the time lost problems

  We have 7 SPA10 laptops in our Department of the University.

  They are all showing the same problem when they have not been used for a week or more.

  The error message is:

  RTC battery is low or CMOS checksum is inconsistent.
  Press the F1 key to set Date/time

  To do this, they have no use so there a RTC battery we can change or does anyone know another solution?

  Our SPA60s does not show this problem.

• Pentecost Hige Mem AD LDS (ADAM) after some time of problems.

  We have a prob in our company. The problem has todo Pentecost ADAM connect on our users of Pentecost 1200 + system.

  The server has 8 GB of ram and gets completely after some time witch pick up all the server. We have a solution, and that's to serve the AD LDS process 0 again.

  This is only a solution, but I want a solution to what seems to be a problem with leaks of mem because the server passes 100% of RAM...

  

  As you can se We´r using AD LDS--> external users (renamed Dsamain.exe) if its only elements of windows in use...

• Time zone / problems of the DST with XP mode VM in Windows 7

  Hi all.  I seem to have problems keeping straight time with my XP Mode VM under Win 7 Pro64.

  To the EAST, 2000 server is set to active TimeZones.  (Yes, it's old, we know!)
  My Win7 box is set to the active EAST of TimeZones.
  My computer XP mode virtual running under Win7 is set with DST enabled East.

  The server time is right.
  The time of Win7 is right.
  The XP VM is 1 hour late, and I can't change the time manually. (Jumps to 1 time in seconds)
  Files modified on the XP VM and stored on the server get time stamped 2 hours before the current time.

  New idea of what to check is greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

  Trinidad and Tobago are in UTC - 4:00 time zone. To change this, click the Start button. On the right side, click on Control Panel. Then click on clock, language and region. Under the date and time, click on change of time zone. A new window will open. In this window, click on change of time zone.  Then select the UTC-4:00 option. This should solve the problem.

  I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit installed on a computer, I built

  My problem is, after I started and had my computer running for a significant amount of time (30 minutes to an hour), I loose full internet connectivity and the response time for any action I'm trying of the preform is from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

  This problem occurs almost every time my computer is started for a significant amount of time, and it's extremely annoying.

  First Firefox, Google chrome, or internet Explorer stops receivers internet connectivity (because it is not sailing to any web page) but still related reports.

  (during this time and on my computer don't report any anomaly, IE CPU utilization / ram uses / temperature are amounts all acceptable)

  I usually try to close my browser (s) web, but its reports "not responding" and I cannot close or even end the process or the process tree, so it runs as a process. From there a program or a click I do I try to run either doesn't work or takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes to register if they register at all.

  Programs I all ready have running continue to run, IE Vuze, WindowsMP, Zune software, openoffice. But once that I close them I can't reopen.

  Any program I try to open starts a process in the Task Manager but it not to start a program or actually run, and I can't used to finish the tasks that do not work properly.

  If I try to shut down windows, it takes a minute or so to begin to disconnect, then he sits on the "logging" off the screen until I use the power switch to kill the system.

  I suspect that it may be a problem from my network card driver (Controller Realtek PCIe GBE Family, latest version downloaded directly from the Gigabyte website for my motherboard) because the question almost always starts when my internet stops working. However, this may be 2 combined numbers.

  I had this problem and I thought it was because of an installation of bad windows 7 so I erased the hard drive and did a complete new installation, but the problem is back!

  I changed my routers settings to give me a fixed IP address to dismiss questions here. All the other computers in my House have access the internet without interruption during my problems. And no other computer in my house has similar problems.

  I reinstalled the network once drivers without success.

  I would like to address the downturn extreme Windows 7 after half an hour or so if possible because I have other NICs lying there if the problem comes from the network card.

  I'm pretty computer savvy and I've exhausted all my ideas, so any notice are useful! Thank you

  OK, so I think that the slow issue is resolved now. I blame intel speedstep, while part of my problem is fixed.

  Internet connection problems still remain.

  I ran my computer in safe mode with network for about 2 hours. When I booted in safe mode, everything was fine, internet connetion worked on download and upload at full power. I let it sit for an hour or two in safe mode and I came back and there is no internet again, as usual. All my browsers (internet explorer, my main browser firefox and chrome) refuse to function / load anything and their work will not end in the Task Manager. The device says it all works and it (network adapter) said I have a connection, but I am squatting me on my browsers or any other uses of the Internet. This test will run on a network interface card that I installed, with drivers. I did him wrong with shooting my motherboard cable network and its software driver port. This new card gives the same result, so I think now I know that this issue has nothing to do with my physical port or its drivers.

  The only things I can think that it either now are either:
  my router
  However, all the other computers in my house (3 of them, 1 win XP), 1 Win 7 64 bit pro, 1 Ubuntu and my Xbox 360 not having this problem and works perfectly

  or

  Something inside windows 7 that control the browsers or manages connections,
  I think it's most likely due to the fact that my browsers have problems in the Task Manager / they do not work properly

• Visualization of music. Time remapping problem!

  Hey everybody. I played with visualization of music after effects a little and now I'm in a bit of a pickle. Many channels of music publishing have visualizations with particles and or animations that change speed based on the music. I have a copy of Trapcode soundkeys so I can turn the music in keyframes and achieve such animations, but here's my problem.

  If I time remap a composition playing time * 1 + Enter keys sound after the typing animation kick goes to the rear where it would have been without the kick. Is there a way to make a demo you time remapping only go forward? Y at - it a way of expression that checks the value of the last image and I'm way off?

  For example Monstercat make their background of particles. Is the speed of the particle generator ramp or there at - it a way to get similar effects of time remapping, so it could be used on more varied and interesting effects. Any help and responses are greatly appreciated!

  I don't even think of using the integrals and others. Now, I can input to output of soundkeys in a sheath of control that integrates it and cumulatively becomes bigger and bigger that the sound happens so. Then I can make the time remapping effect following.

  I'll have to play with all these new possibilities!
