  I have an iMac 21 "and use Applemail. However, my mail SEND icon is spent on the missing list and raise VIEW / 'Customize toolbar' does not contain the icon SEND so that I could drag-and - drop to the right / top corner where it should belong. Any help would be welcome.

  Question: What is the best way to get a tip action to execute only once during the lifetime of an execution?

  My script: I have a project with 80 slides in there to learn. Slide 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, I use onEntry event to perform actions advanced designed for each of these numbers. Given that users are allowed to go forward and backward slide, slide 10-100 event are executed several times, depending on how much time users visit these specific slides. My question is, what is the most effective way to ensure that a tip action is executed only once. Say a user reached slide 10 and advanced action "foo10" is executed. If this user has decided to return to slide 10, I don't want to foo10 advanced action to be executed again.

  My solution: I would create Boolean variables for each of the advanced actions. foo10 ... foo100. If the corresponding var bool is false, do not run the action, run another action assigned.

  If it was a success (for an interactive object) event, you could disable this object with the same action as the advanced conditional action. Using the system variable LastVisitedSlide will probably exclude not all possible situations. A Boolean variable is probably the best choice. Since you're on 9 Captivate, make sure to use shared instead of shares advanced actions, you will save time (and the size of the file).

  I've lost the ability to copy files on my CD player.  When I drag and drop, the only authorized action is 'move' and it does not work.   I tried press and hold the CTRL key while dragging, and when I do that all the other disks show "copy" as the default action, but when I hover over the action CD player available only changes to 'pass '.   I ran the Microsoft Troubleshooting tool for CD/DVD players and he said that the media were not writable, but there is a blank CD in the drive.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Thanks, but the cd/dvd drive works well - I can burn a cd with windows media player for example.  the problem is that I can't copy files to it.   I can play CDs (haven't checked the DVD).  I can not do and could do before, is doing drag and drop files on it.  The only authorized action is "move".   This happens even when I click CTRL + do drag.   I can copy it to any other player, but the CD player, and when I hover over the "exemplary" drive CD goes to 'move '.

  have you tried using a different suite of cd/dvd burning?

  When I hit the button 'Send' an exercise slide / move quiz buttons 'Back', 'Reset' and 'Send' (that come automatically with the Drag and Drop exercise) disappear.

  Any idea what goes wrong?

  I see, in English these are the buttons cancel, restore, and submit. Only the last is really necessary. The other two buttons can be selected in the Actions tab, but are not mandatory.

  

  If you have kept the default settings, which means 1 attempt and the two actions on the success and failure are left to continue it is normal that all the buttons disappear after clicking on the submit button. They will also disappear when you gave a correct answer, even if efforts are not exhausted. They will remain on the slide when you have an incorrect answer and attempts are not exhausted: in this case, the buttons will remain and the legend of the failure appears. With undo the last action can be cancelled, with reset all sources of drag are returned to their original location. The two buttons are also active before the submission of the response.

  Haven't you set up your network drive as a trusted location in your security settings for Flash?  If this isn't the case, it will be the reason.  If that's how you want to deliver your learning (from a network drive), then anyone who consumes it will to do this. If things don't work out as planned.  A road LAN network is NOT a web server.

  I don't think it's possible to reset after clicking on the "submit" button. (May be it is possible using advanced actions).

  However, you can set the target to reject the wrong answer, the incorrect source of the moment is placed on it. Select the target, choose accordion Drop Target, click on accept, deselect the checkboxes against unacceptable options.

  Hello, my company gave me a laptop Pavilion Win8.1 running, it has no buttons on the touchpad.  How you draw around an object when you use the cutting tool, or how you drag and drop a file?  Is a required external mouse?  Thank you.

  I think Microsoft is yet to come up with a fix for this point 8.1 OS.

  This feature will be introduced in the next version 5.0 of the APEX.

  Is it possible to get the hand cursor when flipping the reset and buttons send you in doing drag and drop interactions? I use 8 Captivate.

  

  Sorry, I don't see a way. These buttons are using the button Quiz style, and although Quiz buttons get the default hand cursor, this is not the case for the D & D buttons. Maybe you could file a feature request, really seems a valid request:

• How can I allow a learner to examine one created Drag and Drop Quiz to show to the learner their incorrect answers or correct?

  Captivate 8: I created an assessment with two multiple choice question slides and 8 drag and drop question slides. After that the learner views their score, I wish they were able to examine all their answers to see where the mistakes were made. Currently, the revision quiz shows that their answers and the correct answers to multiple choice question slides. Ideally I'd like a review of question slides slide - déposer where the incorrect choices appear in red or something to that effect. I appreciate any insight and suggestions!

  Sorry, D & D are not a normal question slide and I can't recommend a feature request registration. I would really be able to choose if an interaction is reset or not, because this problem is not just for D & D but for all interactions of training as well.

• Adobe Presenter 10 Drag and Drop questions - grey area only when you try to create

  I try to create drag and drop questions in presenter 10 and after clicking on Add Question-> drag-and - drop, the new window opens but where I should be able to define the questions etc., the screen is just gray. Have the same problem on the three other systems as well.

  Flash is updated to the latest version as well as presenter 10.

  Oddly the Flash version installed is 15, but a right click in the grey box shows me version 11.

  Any ideas?

  Just in case someone else has the same problem, a cat with Adobe brought the solution:

  On the gray screen, right click and go to global settings

  Go to the Advanced tab

  Scroll down and click on "trusted location settings.

  In the window 'Trusted location settings', click on 'Add' at the bottom

  Click on "Add a folder" and select "Local disk c".

  Click "Ok" and confirm on the "Trusted location settings" window

  Worked for me (on three different machines) like a charm!

  I'm playing with drag and drop interaction to understand its functionality.

  I noticed that we can accept, reject and hint captions to individual moving targets. When I tested it, I Accept and indication of the legends as expected. But I don't get the legend to reject even when I place the wrong source on the target.

  What I am doing wrong?

  Hello

  Dismiss the legend appears when an unacceptable source fell on a target. To configure the "acceptance criteria", select a drop target, click on 'Accept' button, deselect the checkbox corresponding to the unacceptable source. (As shown below)

  

  Now each time the drop source user 'Unaccept' on top of the target, the legend of "Reject" will appear.
