• Can I copy and paste from one project to another?

  I have a scrolling title works very well in a single project and wanted to "simply" copy and paste into another project.  After the copy on the project 1, when I come to 2 project to make the dough, there are nothing to paste.  Is it something with Premiere elements 12, or with my iMac for not keeping that I copied into the memory buffer appropriate?  I found something online which implies there was a software to do this, but I can't believe that this is the only solution.

  I also created a "temporary project" for easier editing with images, transitions and added I want to put into my project "master."  I could create an avi and bring it back on, but I was hoping to get the project finished in a single source.  Any thoughts would be appreciated. Merci.

  The merger of two projects into one is not relevant and overlooks the important of Premiere Elements concepts if all you want to do is to use a title of a project in another.

  There is a simple and effective way to do it. Essentially, you create your title in the Titler to project 1 and then 'save' as a CTR file which can be imported into another project of Premiere Elements through the Add Media/files and folders.

  1. in the project 1, create your title in the Titler. Close to there.

  2. always in 1 project, go to the active project and it highlight / select the thumbnail for the title.

  3. can I go to Menu/export/name of the file and export/save your title as a file .prtl.

  4. If necessary, import the .prtl file project 2... Add media/files and folders/projects active where drag you it to its destination of chronology.

  Conventional techniques to transfer the contents of one Premiere Elements project to another will not apply to your situation somehow.

  Remember, you don't want to highlight the title in the timeline to get an active file Menu/Export/Title...needs to be the highlight / select the

  title in the active project, then Menu/export/name of the file.

• Is there a way to copy properties to disable conditional from one project to another?

  I have a bit of code in a project that I want to back off to a colleague and want to do a new 'reduced' project with only a few subvis.  I don't want to necessarily or need him for the entire project, but only access to a privileged few.  Is there a way to copy the conditional disable properties from one project to another?

• How copy/duplicate/export a small project to another project?

  There, I created a short, a 2 minute clip that contained the primer SMPTE universal, a made-up logo, some action camera etc. to serve as the beginning of the film.

  It took me some time to create, and what I would do, is 2 minutes import all construction at the beginning of a new project that I'm working on now.

  I want to have all the elements that have been created on the timeline (the primer SMPTE universal, clips with all effects, etc.) in the old project, copied and brought back at the start of another project.

  Can someone point me to the right direction please?

  There are two basic approaches to the use of the contents of a project in another

  1. use the Premiere Elements in conjunction with the ClipMate program for a system copy and paste, insert. Please check out my blog on this

  2. the chronology of the first project of exporting to a format compatible with the project of the second project preset. And then import this file into the second project.   Is it possible to copy and paste a clip to the timeline in a project to another project? ... I can copy my video, but when I open the other project, it allows me not to stick it here... but I was able to copy and paste an element into a single project.  I tried everything... paste it into a new video track and sticking it in to an existing video track in the second project, but the paste option simply isn't there when I opened the second project.

  And if itself does not allow me to do somehow, a type of Clipboard to copy - paste app accessory will allow me to do?... If Yes, who is the soft copy - paste best, trustworthy which is malware free?

  It's the same problem as PrElements users. The Clipboard clears when they get out a project, and then open another. That Clipboard extender that I mentioned, Clipmate, works well for them.

• Rotoscoping mask copy from one project to another

  I did some rotoscoping and put in several hours animating the mask only to realize that I'm not in the project, which is intended to Rotoscoping. Is it possible to copy a layer mask animation of one project to another?

  Save the project with the new name.  Open the correct project and import the project roto.  Copy the layer for the correct model and reduce the project down.  Save as a new name.

  Looks like you are trying to import all or part of a larger project into another project.  In the AWRDE V10, AWR introduced "Import Project", a tool that allows you to do exactly this.  To use the import project go to file > Import Project > and follow the instructions.

  

  If you are using a version prior to V10, then the copy/paste method is probably the most effective.

• Is it possible to import a layer group into a project to another project?

  I am currently using after effects 5... Yes it is version 5, not CS5.

  I'm trying to figure out if I can import a layer group and their applied effects in another project while keeping all the editable attributes and positions of the imported layers with respect to one another.

  I see that I can import an ASP project file into another project through the FILE to be IMPORTED, but just, which brings the raw project window files/layers and don't place no layers in the timeline with all their positions, the effects and the edited attributes, how I had like.

  Also tried to previously compose the layer, but who did not leave their editable once a demo was made... just makes the 7 layers I want to import in to another project all one layer and not let them be changed the way the 7 layers are separately.

  In Adobe Premiere, there is a real ' IMPORT the PROJECT ' selection under IMPORT that allows me to import an entire project in another project and allows me to place the imported project where I want in the new project editing... that's what I try to do in After Effects.

  I realize that there may be a way easy to make it in one of its latest versions of After Effects and the other may say, 'just buy the new AE CS5', but I figured out allot of things on my own so far and I love after effects 5 for what I do now... maybe later on the newer version.

  Just import the source project in the new project.  Open the original composition, select the layers you want and copy.  Then, open the new composition and paste.

  If you want to be really ordered on this subject, you can make a temporary version of the source project that contains only the layers you want to move to the new project.  Import this temp project to the new, then you can delete the temp project.

• After Effects CS4 project to another computer

  I essentially built a project in After Effects CS4, but unfortunately, my computer is quite poor and crashes during rendering. So I was wondering if there is a way for me to all of the transfer project to another computer with After Effects, in order to make and edit it more it instead. Thank you.

  Collect files command to gather all the images in a single folder, copy the folder to an external drive and move it to the new computer. You must also do ot sure that fonts and the codecs used are installed on the new computer.

  When cut and paste existing tables from one project to another, the weight of the line for the cell borders appear to vary randomly - some are the original line weight and some are heavier when pasted.

  It is not a custom table, I just need to copy a table from one project to the other.

  Blasted my developers (may the fleas of a thousand camels, etc), recently decided to change toolbars in one of our applications. As this toolbar appears in slightly different forms in about 6 tabs, I tried to update the table that shows which icon does what and cut and paste this table in all subprojects that I. Each table then needs only a minor modification for some this subproject-specific icons.

  Peter on the right track. When I cut and glued to the table, it is also stuck in a number of lines of HTML associated with styles in the other project. If I delete these lines, the table will appear as it should.

  You n t have the Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator, because this Toshiba Software is preinstalled on laptops equipped with HARD drive recovery option.
  I presume that you have received a Toshiba Recovery disk this laptop doesn t allow HARD drive recovery.
  Therefore, you cannot create a new DVD of recovery using the Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator.

  What you could do is to copy the supplied recovery disk.

  I just install with windows 8.1 (64-bit), the problem is that we can't project to another screen. There is no option to duplicate or project only, etc. There is no Graphic options so straight don't click dekstop.
