To access the metadata XAVC?

Hi all

Is there a way to get the metadata information about the XAVC sequences that has already been registered and transmitted to a computer?

I did some test shooting over the weekend on a borrowed F5 and I fight to get anything close to a decent slope of Resolve or SpeedGrade. Part of the problem is that my notes are not complete and I don't know what parameters (e.g., gamma), I used for some of the shots.

I thought it might be a way to access this information via content browser, but I don't see how.

Thank you!

Just install the RAW-Viewer. It shows you all the metadata of the files XAVC.
It took me some time too, to discover. All the time get in CB.
Please Sony, we need the metadata in the content browser.

  • The metadata store access issues can be caused by missing patches

    Hello

    We are in the process of update to version 11.1.1.8 of 11.1.1.6 Middleware and we have problems with personalized spaces to access the metadata store. We receive MDS-00013 cannot access metadata object to find errors XXXXX.xml.

    The test server has been upgraded to 11.1.1.8 and relavent all patches were applied, however, initially, our JDeveloper environment had not been corrected. When we deployed, we got the MDS-00013 errors.

    My question is, jdeveloper and oracle_common patches will make the difference here, because when the code is deployed to the server it will use the libs and patches on the server. (We subsequently fixed some JDeveloper however, I think it would be a bad cause of the problem) I think it's a problem of configuration rather than a problem of code type.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Our questions around the error of MDS-00013 are potentially resolved now. It was not something to do with patches that should be applied in our JDeveloper environment or missing files in the MDS, etc.. He seems to be aware of our library of extend.spaces.webapp.war was not deployed and active properly.

    I find it always strange that this has solved the problem, because our personalized spaces appeared. I expect that it is completely broken, because there was nothing to inform the server of the presence of our customizations.

    After we have updated our JDeveloper environment, we found that the resulting build which contained our customizations and a few jars spaces was not different from the pre-patched JDeveloper, i.e. war was a binary equivalent.

  • Change the metadata fields in the details pane

    Is it possible to change the metadata that appears in the details pane?

    For example, I would like to know "Time Zone" without having anyone access to each photo.

    Also, is it is shortened to "set Date and time?

    Thank you

    Also, is it is shortened to "set Date and time?

    There is no predefined shortcut, but you can add one yourself.

    • Open system preferences > keyboard, then the tab "shortcuts".

    • Select "App shortcuts" in the left column and click on ' + '.
    • In the 'Application' menu, select 'Photos.app. Then enter the title of "set Date and Time...» "and a combination of keys.

      Pictures now displays the keyboard shortcut that you chose in the picture menu.

  • 404 error when the lowest selection (column name) for the metadata 11 g dictionary

    Hi all

    I get a 404 error when I select a column name and click the link for dictionary of metadata. I get the 404 because obiee is allowing more 179 characters for the web link. You do not get a 404 error if you click on one of the shorter column names.

    When you select the number of offices with commands and then click the metadata dictionary button you get the error 404 below and the web address is truncated causing the 404

    This is the product link

    http / / self/analyticsRes/SampleAppLite_BI0024/SubjectArea/PRCAT_Sample_Sales_Lite80cb6a2e /.

    PRT_Calculated_Facts80cb6aa9/PRC_N_of_Offices_with_Or80cb6cfb.x

    If you type the ml at the end, you can see the Web page you want. Also if you click on the area in question and then click the dictionary of metadata and access the column from here the link works.

    otn screen shot2.png

    We receive this error in our Dictionary of metadata generated, but I can also reproduce the problem with the sample app, we have placed the dictionary in the folder anlyticsRes.

    I just wanted to check to see if someone else has this problem.

    Thanks in advance!

    I opened a SR and a bug has already been reported, and the solution is in the latest patch.

    Solution

    The fix for the Bug 17449036

    is included in the bundle 20124371 Patch (patch bundle 11.1.1.7.150120). See this note for more information:

    Note 1488475.1: OBIEE 11 g: required and recommended patches and Patch Sets

    There is also a one-off Patch 17449036 on top of previous patch bundle for different platforms.
    It is advisable to be in the latest patch bundle. In this case, you prefer to apply exceptional measures, you can do but
    It is not for all platforms and all the patches together.

  • There the rest APIs to retrieve the metadata for entity for eloqua objects?

    There is a list of all the objects that are accessible by the REST for CRUD in this link: REST API - Documentation for kernel objects in the objects of the core section.

    For each of the objects listed in the objects of the core section are there is a metadata field in the Properties section.

    For example, for the purpose of the e-mail message, The REST API - to access Emails , under the Properties section, there entered corresponding to the fields of the object of the emails under the
    Name, Type, Description and validation topics.

    Is there a REST API to retrieve the same information, i.e. metadata field for an object programmatically eloqua?
    Otherwise, this is a serious obstacle to building systems that are the metadata engine and support for SOAP is removed...

    The closest to what you are looking for would be endpoints of assistance for a description of the fields. Example of /api/bulk/1.0/contact/fields

    {

    "items": [{}

    'name': "E-mail address",

    "internalName": "C_EmailAddress",

    'dataType': 'emailAddress;

    'hasReadOnlyConstraint': false,

    'hasNotNullConstraint': false,

    'hasUniquenessConstraint': true,

    'Déclaration': '{{Contact.Field (C_EmailAddress)}}.

    "uri": "/ contact/field/100001",

    "converted': ' / Date (-2208970800000) /"

    'updatedAt': ' / Date (-2208970800000) / ".

    },

    {

    'name': "First name",

    "internalName": "C_FirstName",

    'dataType': "string",.

    'hasReadOnlyConstraint': false,

    'hasNotNullConstraint': false,

    'hasUniquenessConstraint': false,

    'Déclaration': '{{Contact.Field (C_FirstName)}}.

    "uri": "/ contact/field/100002."

    "converted': ' / Date (-2208970800000) /"

    "updatedBy": "MgrzzzOracleCloudSupportP01E10",

    'updatedAt': ' / Date (1408993722380) / ".

    },.....

    If so, it will also include an element "defaultValue". How many characters you can store in a field (precision) is documented here: Type of data (data and Digital Formats). The same endpoint exist in bulk 2.0, and there are variants for the account fields and Objetpersonnalise. Another exists in the REST through Api/rest/2.0/assets/contact/fields?depth=complete... It does not include the declaration of ML, but there other useful information such as the type of default update and a flag 'isAccountLinkageField '.

    Similarly, if you describe a form via SOAP or REST, it also will give you the fields and their type.

    Kind regards

  • Is it possible to access the Data Domain to retrieve records?

    Hello

    I'm using OEID 3.1.

    Today, I was asked if I know not if its possible to access records stored in the domain of data to recover.

    In fact, the question was if there is a way to access the "base" of the field of data to recover the data from there.

    Is this possible? Is there a way to recover the data in the domain of data stored?

    I think only it would be possible to retrieve data but without the column information, only a simple retrieve information by placing a table of results and make an export, but maybe there is a way to make a retrieve data as an export sql, including information on metadata, etc.

    Best regards and thanks for the help.

    Of course, you call the web service server short conversation

    http:// :/short-server/ws/conversation /? wsdl

    with a content application like this:

    http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/SOAP/envelope/"xmlns:ns ="http://www.endeca.com/MDEX/conversation/3/0"xmlns:typ ="http://www.endeca.com/MDEX/lql_parser/types">" "

    en

    RETURN ResultSet AS

    SELECT Attributeto, attributB

    WHERE attributB > 5

    a you will receive a response with content details.

    Is that clear or you need more details?

  • MDS-00013 may not find metadata in the metadata object

    Hello

    We have just improved Middleware 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.8 and our app is a failure because of the MDS-00013 error: no metadata not found for the metadata object '{0} '. the action defined in http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12839_01/core.1111/e10113/chapter_mds_messages.htm says that I need to "confirm the name and the location of the metadata object, its existence in the metadata stores configured, and is it in an accessible namespace.

    Can someone please enumerate the steps I must follow to do this?

    I looked in the table metadata database and found an entry for the object and there is a file to this location when I export the metadata. I have no idea what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    I now have access to a support account and read through the notes. None of them were applicable to my situation. It turns out that the server has been configured and our file extended.spaces.webapp.war was not active and so the customization process was only half deployed.

    Hey Shiva.

    In regard to your original question, solve it correctly using SST. Just to remember the steps do not forget to assign a path of the cookie to the application of your portal.

    (1) configure connection WCP - UCM

    (2) configure ESS to access using the same port at WCP and UCM.

    (3) configure weblogic.xml add a cookie path using the same value as your context root: example: /myportal

    Regarding login confirmation you need SSO solution configured between your WCP and your WCC (OAM, Kerberos SSO, Oracle OSSO)....

    How to set up SSO for WebCenter Portal frame remember to add to the configuration of the CLIENT-CERT authentication.

  • Virtual copies are not synchronized in a second Lightroom Catalog even if the metadata are written in XMP and synchronization with the metadata has been selected

    Dear community,

    I use a Mac with 5.7 of Lightroom which is configured to store all the metadata in the xmp files. The Lightroom Catalog is stored locally on the Mac and contains only references to images and their xmp files that are stored on a network device. There is another Mac with the same setup with a local separate Lightroom Catalog and access to the same images on the network device.

    At a starting point, the two Lightroom catalogs are identical - they refer to the same images on the network device and contain the same metadata.

    When I update the properties of the image on the first Mac, these changes are reflected in the xmp file. After using the option 'synchronize' with activated "metadata synchronization" on the second Mac, the modified image properties are visible on the second Mac. It is very good.

    However, when I create a virtual copy on the first Mac, I realize that the corresponding xmp file is updated. However, even after the synchronization, the virtual copy is not visible on the second Mac. I can change the properties of the image of the original image and get these changes replicated to the second Mac, but the virtual copies remain the first Mac.

    What should I do also virtual copies get synchronized?

    Thank you very mich for your support.

    Best regards

    Peter

    However, when I create a virtual copy on the first Mac, I realize that the corresponding xmp file is updated.

    As far as I know, xmp does not contain information about the virtual copies. If this method to attempt to synchronize two catalogs will not work.

    Better you should use the file-> Export catalog on a single computer and then file-> import from another catalog on another computer.

  • Can not power on virtual machines "cannot access the file because it is locked.

    Virtual machines have been working well - then the storage system is down.  After the storage system returns upwards that I can't turn on a number of virtual machines.  Get this error when I try to turn it on:

    Cannot power on vmname on esxhostname.xxxxx.com. Unable to access file < unspecified file name > because it is locked
    error

    1. To check the locks on the Service Console on non ESXi servers, run the command:

      lsof | grep

      COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE SIZE NŒUD NOM_PERIPHERIQUE
      71fd60b6-3631 root 4r REG 0.9 10737418240 23533

      Note: If there is no Console of Service process the locking file, you should receive no printed output. If you receive results, however, file a support request to identify the process and to determine the causes.  If it is a third-party process, however, contact the appropriate provider to determine the cause before you kill the process ID, because it can happen again in the future.

      Stop the process and the lock ID using the kill command. In the example above, the process ID is 3631:

      kill the 3631

      After the termination of the process, you can try to turn on the virtual machine or access the file resource.

    2. To check if the virtual machine is always a world ID assigned, run these commands on all ESX/ESXi hosts:

      CD/tmp
      VM-support - x

      Available to debug worlds:
      WID =

      On the ESX/ESXi host where the virtual machine still works, kill the VM, which releases the lock on the file. To kill the virtual machine, run the command:

      VM-support - X

      Where the is the ID of the world of the virtual machine with the locked file.

      Note: this command takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Answer No to "can I include a screenshot of the virtual machine", and answer Yes to all subsequent questions.

      After the termination of the process, you can turn on the virtual machine or access the file resource.

    Deleting the file .lck (NFS only)

    The virtual machine files can be locked via NFS storage. You can identify this as reported by .lck files. # (where # is the ID of the world that holds the lock file) at the end of the file name. It is a NFS file lock and appears only when you use the ls command as it is the hidden file.
    Beware: they can be removed safely only if the virtual machine is not running.

    Note: VMFS volumes have no .lck files. The locking mechanism for VMFS volumes is managed within VMFS metadata on the volume.

    You must kill the process that is locked, if it is not the case, you probably need to restart the VMware host.
    I tell you from experience most likely end up rebooting it.

  • What happens when there is a conflict between settings stored in the metadata file and catalogue of development?

    Hello

    I was wondering if someone could quickly help me in understanding how the development parameters are read in lightroom... (I use lightroom 3.6) that I just had a little bit of panic that my lack of understanding of the system could have missed a bit!

    As I do all my image DIY on a laptop with a small disc, I am often archiving of directories of images to an old server, we have, and then just get on my laptop whenever I need it again. I have a single on my laptop lightroom catalog, and I thought (now I think wrongly!) that all my settings updated is stored only in the catalog of lightroom on my development laptop and so I kept a copy of the original jpeg images hit somewhere so that I could bring my laptop when needed, I could always go back to the version most recently published of my images. Often, I copied an images directory from the server to the laptop, retouched with lightroom, then deleted the jpgs of the laptop thinking that the originals left on the server would be sufficient to restore my work later.

    But recently just before the deletion of a lot of JPGs of the laptop, I did a quick comparison with the server and is horrified realize that the files if it is different, and that changes * are * written in jpeg files! Research in lightroom I have the 'include develop settings in metadata in JPEGs [etc.]' lit.

    My questions would be:

    1 have I lost their jobs by effectively removing metadata from jpeg files or is also preserved in the catalog?

    2 What if some develop settings of an image are stored in the catalog, and a completely different set of development settings have been stored in the file - which should be a priority?

    3. have I screwed up, and if so is there anything I can do to minimize the damage? : {

    Thank you very much for all the advice!

    Nicola

    1 Lightroom ALWAYS stores the changes in its catalog file.

    2 Lightroom ALWAYS uses changes in the catalog file. The information stored in the JPG file are NEVER used to display the image in Lightroom.

    3. as long as you do not remove the photo from the catalogue, you are well, your changes are present in the file catalog and Lightroom can use those to display the image.

    As I do all my image DIY on a laptop with a small disc, I am often archiving of directories of images to an old server, we have, and then just get on my laptop whenever I need it again.

    If you moved the server, using Lightroom (or photos using Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing), there is no need to bring your laptop. You can leave photos on the server and access the server and everything works fine

  • Question about the display of the metadata of jpeg in lightroom

    Hello

    I briefly crossed the material of the SDK, but there are some aspects remaining unclear for me. More in detail, I would like to show the tag RegionName jpg file in LR metadata for research etc. This tag contains the Picasa face recognition data. I have already experienced the exiftool and how to add names to RegionName to the subject or keywords Tags in jpg-file and corresponding .xmp file to the raw file. However, I would like to find an elegant solution by showing the tag in the LR directly. Before you try to do the LUA code, I want to understand a few basic principles behind the plugin programming namely:

    (1) how to read the label RegionName since the jpg file and in what part of the plug-in? Is there a way to make LR read whenever "metadata file reading" is used?

    (2) how "publish" it displayed in the metadata Panel on the right side of the LR (this is handled a bit in the examples, even if I don't understand the reference to the com.adobe.xxx know what structure is really referring to?)

    Comments and help is welcome on this page or any advice where to find information!

    Mikko

    Mikko,

    LR provides access only to certain fields of metadata, not all.  RegionName is not one of the fields that LR is known, then you will not be able to use metadata methods of the SDK to access or display it.  In general, plugins that want to access this type of metadata to run the free Exiftool on the images and then analyze the output of Exiftool.

    The ExifMeta plugin exposes all the metadata that is accessible by Exiftool as custom in LR metadata fields.  I suggest you to try this plugin see if it meets your needs.  If it isn't, you can examine its source code as an example of how to use Exiftool to access and view metadata.  Plugin author Rob Cole is a contributor of this forum and quite willing to answer the questions.

    One faces this question erlier? then helpme out.

    Hello

    1. If your files are located on a remote file system, you will need to copy one of your files to the computer that Designer ODI runs to allow ODI retrieve the metadata of the file information.
    2. in the topology to create a physical schema, the directory you enter data and the scheme of work must point to this local file.
    3. then set the file data store in the designer of the ODI. Enter a name, browse and select the file and fill each deposited the files tab.

    * If it's a fixed file, click on the network icon in the column into the columns tab and have checked auto adjustment.
    * If it is a delimited file, use the reverse button on the columns tab to reverse the columns.
    * Right-click on the Datastore folder select View Data, if you can view the data, which means that store file data has been correctly set.
    * If this is not the case, check each tab of the database file to make sure that everything is set correctly and try again.

    4. once the display data to be successful, now change you directories (data and the scheme of work in topology) to point to the remote file system. These directories must be accessible to the ODI Agent that will be used to perform transformations. The directory can be an absolute path (m:/public/data/files) or a parent in the ODI Agent startup directory (.. files/demo /). It is strongly recommended to use a UNC (regardless of the location of execution) name for the path. Executing transformations "agentless", the directory is relative to the directory where Oracle Data Integrator was installed.

    You must have an agent process running on the system that contains your source file.
    Then during the race, the odi interface choose this agent.

    Thank you
    Fati
