Is it a BAD IDEA to listen to the "rocket" while he is in charge, or an idea is NOT RECOMMENDED.

  • The proper way to remove a listener for loader events

    Hello.

I´d would like to know what is the rigth way to remove a listener for loader events?

    Like this?

    loader.contentLoaderInfo.removeEventListener (ProgressEvent.PROGRESS, onProgressData)
    loader.contentLoaderInfo.removeEventListener (Event.INIT, onInit)

    Thank you

I find the best way to remove them is to make them the same way you added, replacing 'Add' with 'delete'... it seems that you did in your example.

  • iPhone 5 cracked during loading

Recently received an iPhone handed to nine 5 eBay. I got two days and I was recharged during the night, it the morning I got up and took the phone to see a crack right next to the home button. I'm positive, I didn't damage myself and have read it could be overheating of the phone. The place I got it from offers a guarantee but not refund or replace my phone. Is it already happened to anyone else? How can I prove that it was not my fault?

Probably, you can't prove that it's not your fault. It is unlikely, that it was overheating. Normal load is not do. If this battery if very old and its expansion can push the screen out there but usually does not cause to crack. The screen could have been the subject of impact in the past, resulting in a very small crack that expand due to a change in temperature or a minor additional impact.

  • Indicator light lit during loading of podcast

Is it possible to have the backlight when loading iPhone with playback of podcasts? I have an iPhone SE. With ios 9.3.3.

    Hi chuckatilla!

I see you want to have the backlight when the iPhone loading and to listen podcasts.  I can understand wanting the backlight off all by performing other tasks on the iPhone, and I'm happy to help you.  You can turn off the backlight of the iPhone by pressing the on/standby button, and it does not interrupt load or reading.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    See you soon!

  • Listener apex load

    Hello

I have a few questions about a stand-alone installation listener Apex:

    1. how to measure the charge on the earpiece of the Apex? There all the tools available?
    2. is there a value any by adding another instance of listener of Apex for the same database? How do I know whether the performance will be improved and if so how can we know when it will be advantageous to add another?
    3. we would like to have a process in place to receive an alert when the listener of the Apex is screw up. Any advice how to and what are the parameters that we should look at?

    Thank you

    Hi Sue,

A month ago that while we had not, we increased the parameter 10 to 30 MaxLimit and since then disconnects.

It seems that you really had an overload somewhere. You probably have an application with some queries of long term, maybe some slow because the database has been overloaded. Of course, you can increase the number of connections available at the base so willing to access all users will be able to connect. But generally, they will not have fun as response time will be bad, and what can be even more painful - they can worsen, because their requests will cause the database get overloaded even more.

Is there guidance on the recommended value for MaxLimit [...]

The MaxLimit must be chosen according to the number of concurrent users that you want to be able to serve. Usually, this should not be much more than the number of parallel threads that can manage your database. For example, I would not recommend 30 sessions for a database instance that has just a few threads of CPU to process them. Remember: If the database ends more quickly, you will get the session back to your pool for APEX listener, so the next user request will be able to use it.

[...] or it depends on the environment and if so where I see?

Somehow, it depends on your applications and end-user needs. You can take a look at the following numbers in listenerStatus:
Time in milliseconds (mean and median) database Active applications Connections in the apex of the pool (active and available)
The first is obvious: APEX auditor measures the time required claims it's in the database until they come back. If two values begin to climb quickly, your database is probably stressed out... Of course, it makes sense to give the listener to APEX go back now and then so it will start a calculation of costs.
In addition to knowledge of the size of your pool of connections, the number of active requests and active connections in the pool gives you a hint of the current use and if you need more connections than the ones you always available (as appropriate). But again, you should consider the burden of database first to see if your database would be actually able to manage additional sessions, or if the addition of load by allowing more connections would make things worse.

  • Is SQL * Loader capable of replacing characters during load?

    Hello

I have a table that is loaded into a DB Oracle with sql loader. Is it somehow possible to write a SPACE character instead of all the empty strings with the charger? I can illustrate what I need with this SQL code:
    update my_table
    set first_column = ' '
    where first_column is null;
    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

my recommendation is to stop using SQL * LOADER and use of external tables, instead, it will give much better flexibility during the ETL and you do exactly what you ask

When loading some websites, all browsers and all computers, I get the following error message: "error 101 (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET net) connection was given to zero." & or: "the connection to the server was reset while the page is loading." Anyone know what this means?

  • My iPhone 5 s gave me a bad electric shock during loading

I just bought an iPhone refurbished, 5 s.  After recharging, I started the installation process.  The next time that I loaded, I had a terrible shock when I hit the phone.  It happened to be sitting right next to my MacBook Pro at the time, but I dunno if that was related to the problem.  It seemed that the entire phone was alive with electricity and it was pretty scary.  I unplugged it immediately and everything was ok.  It didn't happen the next time I loaded, but I kept it away from my MacBook Pro.  I googled the problem and items found on people getting some pretty bad shocks to iPhone, but that we found items "Apple leans on it."  I never heard if Apple found nothing.  This phone is safe?

Been using the iPhone for the 3GS - never had this happen - FWIW

  • Satellite A105-S1014 - BIOS hangs during loading

    Hi all

I'm working on an A105-S1014. the problem is that when trying to boot the system, the bios starts to load, but it freezes. There is a bar of progression at the bottom of the screen and it stops just about 2/3 of the way. This is a laptop that has been abandoned so that on. Initially, he was stuck in a reboot loop. One of the memory modules was knocked loose so I reinstalled them both. Now im stuck and cannot get the bios to complete loading. Ive opened the laptop and checked all the connections and wires to make sure that nothing else is loose or disconnected. I tried to exchange the memory one at a time and can not think of anything that would stop the bios to load a configuration jacked up. I can't reset the cmos because the battery is soldered in place and there are no jumpers that I see.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Theeone,

Usually if the BIOS hangs while loading procedure, there seems to be a serious hardware problem but I don t know what part is assigned exactly

In your case I would try this first:
Remove the battery and the AC adapter, now wait at least an hour. Reconnect the battery and the AC adapter / CC and try to start the laptop.
    It work?

If this isn't the case, you need professional help of an authorized service I think. Guys should check what part is affected and needs to be replaced. ;)
