  Windows Firewall is delivered with and is part of the Vista operating system.
  You already have it and, therefore, you do not need, or you, can download another Windows Firewall.

  Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) will close your Windows Defender because MSE has its own advocate and performance 2 defenders in the same machine allows to create conflict, not to mention redundant.

  1. What is the number of brand and model of your system and graphics card?

  2 did you a recent software or hardware changes to the system?

  This error can be caused by an application, including any old games you have installed on your system.

  Because you tried to reinstall the drivers for video card, you can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

  A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

  There is no version of Firefox 64-bit yet for Windows but it was Firefox 64-bit for Mac OSX (dmg combined 32/64) and Linux since Firefox 4.0

  You happen to have Whatsapp on your device? If so, its last update caused several questions on the iPhones of the peoples. Delete the app and reset the phone in now the home and sleep/wake set buttons until you see the Apple journal and then release. Make sure you check in your conversations.   Have you tried to do an upgrade installation or a custom installation?  A custom installation requires you to back up your files and settings with Windows Easy Transfer and then reinstall everything after installing the new.  If an update install does not install work, you need to do a custom.

  In addition, a Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade will not work and you get a message from a platform if you have bought a UA and tried to use it with Vista.  Vista upgrade requires a detail, a copy in the Windows 7 box.
