  Two reasons the most common for what you describe is disruption of the compacting process, (never touch anything until it's finished), or bloated folders. More about that below.

  Recovery methods:
   
  If you are running XP/SP3, then you should have a backup of your dbx files in the Recycle Bin (or possibly the message store), copied as bak files.
   
  To restore a folder bak on the message store folder, first find the location of the message store.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, the .dbx files are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in the Solution Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.
   
  Close OE and in Windows Explorer, click on the dbx to the file missing or empty file, then drag it to the desktop. It can be deleted later once you have successfully restored the bak file. Minimize the message store.
   
  Open OE and, if the folder is missing, create a folder with the * exact * same name as the bak file you want to restore but without the .bak. For example: If the file is Saved.bak, the new folder should be named saved. Open the new folder, and then close OE. If the folder is there, but just empty, continue to the next step.
   
  First of all, check if there is a bak file already in the message. If there is, and you have removed the dbx file, go ahead and rename it in dbx.
   
  If it is not already in the message, open the trash and do a right-click on the file bak for the folder in question and click on restore. Open the message store up and replace the .bak by .dbx file extension. Close the message store and open OE. Messages must be in the folder.
   
  If messages are restored successfully, you can go ahead and delete the old dbx file that you moved to the desktop.
   
  If you have not then bak copies of your dbx files in the Recycle Bin:

  A general warning to help avoid this in the future:
   
  Do not archive mail in default OE folders. They finally are damaged. Create your own folders defined by the user for mail storage and move your mail to them. Empty the deleted items folder regularly. Keep user created folders under 300 MB, and also empty as is possible to default folders.
   
  Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

  Do not close Firefox. Please save all your files of sessionstore in a safe place for potential recovery/recovery operations.

  In the window that launches, scroll down and save a copy of all the files whose names begin with sessionstore to a safe place, such as your Documents folder. If not too much time has passed, we may be able to use to recover your blank tabs.

  Then you could check the menu history for 'restore previous Session "? This can appear on the application ('3-bar' menu) or on the menu bar.

  If 'Restore previous Session' is grayed out, then either Firefox has already loaded your session previous windows and tabs, or could not load the file. Check the menu history the possibility of re-opening closed windows and then labels in each window. Nothing salvageable?

  The types of files that you can find in your sessionstore files include:

  • sessionstore.js: windows and tabs in your Firefox session currently live (or, if Firefox is closed, your last session)
  • sessionstore.bak: the windows and tabs in your last session in Firefox
  • sessionstore.bak -datetime: windows and tabs in Firefox that was alive at the time of your last update session
  • sessionstore - 1.js (or other numbered files): windows and tabs when Firefox was unable to update the sessionstore.js file registered

  Can take you a look at what you have and the date / time of the different files to see if you think that one of them would be the windows and tabs missing?

  I know you hate Adobe, but this parameter does not have to do with Adobe at all, in fact... This is an internal setting of Firefox.

  Anyway, change go to Tools - Options - Applications and enter "pdf" in the filter field. Change the action associated with this type of file to do what you want, in this case always 'ask '.

• Why don't you do right click and open in a new tab, not set the focus on the link more? How can I get that back?

  The question just about everything said. In the past, if I right click on a link and choose open in a new tab when I went back to splash page focus would be on the link. So if I then did a page down it would begin from the link. Now it starts, usually further towards the top of the page, so I end up back on the same thing. I would go back to the way it was, how can I do this?

  It seems that the culprit was a setting in Tab Mix Plus. In Options > events > tabs > content emphasis during loading non-empty page has not been verified. When checked, Firefox works as expected. At least as expected by me.

I logged on my personal account in the draw to work on a project for work, but when I I am logged into my account personal, everything had gone. All my projects have disappeared, as if I had opened the app for the first time. Is it possible to get these back? And if can't, Adobe added a warning or some kind of alert letting you know that if you log out you will lose everything? I should mention that I tried logging back to the account of my work, and everything went from there, also.

  It is surprising to hear that you have lost all your projects. The app is designed to ban you from disconnection until all of your projects are properly saved on your CC account. If you sign up as long as someone else, all your previous projects will be deleted locally but they will still exist in the clouds. Once you sign in as a first-person, you should see all your content get synchronized down. Depending on your connection speed and the size of your projects, this synchronization may take some time to run. If you leave the application open for a little while, you see your projects begin to reappear?

  OK... so it shows your camera has not been defined to take RAW images or you downloaded the wrong file in Photoshop.

  Most cameras that take RAW images have a framework for Raw images only or adjustment to take RAW images and regular at the same time.

  Test your camera again files for RAF types and if you do not check your settings of the camera again.

  You can not save or convert a regular image as a type RAW or DNG file.

  This book usually has instructions for making a separate catalog for exercises that are included in the book.  So what you see probably is the organizer of the items with thumbnails for photos of lesson 2.
