Tool bar.exe constantly appears in my Dep Porgams menu beacaus widows exployer Internet is slow or problems, how can I fix this whenever I hit the button Delete will remove it, but it comes back?

I do not understand this c32 system and I don't know where you got that number but don't talk (I don't know what it is).  You have just taken a screen to change the DEP settings, clicked the button apply to all programs, but I select, then clicked on add to the exceptions list to add the program you want to exclude.  If there are no programs listed there, you click on browse and locate the program you want to add and select and Add.  It's actually pretty simple.

Just in case, here is the part of this article, you need copied directly if you do not need to go:

Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that protects against viruses and other security threats by analyzing your programs to make sure that they use the system safely memory.

If you choose to protect all programs, you can always turn off DEP for individual programs. If you think that a program does not run correctly when DEP is enabled, check for a compatible version of the DEP program or an update from the software publisher before you change your DEP settings.

  1. System opened by clicking on the button start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clickingSystem.

  2. Click Advanced system settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Under performance, click settings.

  4. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.

    To turn off DEP for an individual program

    • Select the check box next to the program that you want to turn off DEP for, and then click OK.

      If the program is not in the list, click Add. Navigate to the Program files, search for the executable file of the program (it will have the .exe extension) and then clickOpen.

    Symantec (the people who make the Norton products) has taken the decision to withdraw support for their toolbar in the latest version of Firefox (in spite of having a lot of attention to do). I found this page which gives more details around this and plans to get a fix in place very soon.

    I recommend that upgrade you to the latest version of Firefox to take advantage of the new features and security enhancements that are included in the browser. There is a new version of reason rather quickly who has added and improved features of the privacy that you may be interested.

    If you do not want to disable update guests you get, type Subject: preferences #advanced in the address bar and select Update. This will present you the options to turn off the future, even if updates for general health and well-being of your web browsing, I suggest keeping Firefox updated and wait for the Symantec fix for your Norton product.

    • If you don't see an article on a toolbar and in the palette to customize, then click on the reset default button to restore the default toolbar configuration

    If you use full-screen applications, while they are in full screen and the menu disappears. If you still want the menu bar here while you do not full-screen, just stretch the window a bit so it is larger.
