  It is free to use, in 30-minute sessions, unless you pay for the license then it's unlimited use, and you could use wireshark is free.  But Charles puts all data in an easy to read format.  I don't go without it.  Look at my username, I don't pay for the software, but I paid for Charles (well... my employer did).

  My computer crashed so I had to use my recovery disks that are about 8-10 years. When I reinstalled Windows service pack 2, the system recovery tools and several other microsoft tools not have installed on my system. Is it possible to recover these tools? The command prompt tells me that they are not on my system and get help from the Server Manager in the service (Net HelpMSG 2185) option. Can you tell me what that means and if/how I can do this?  I can't find a tab from the system restore on my computer. I guess that's because I have more access to these tools. My messages when I try to update things like Windows Media Player tells me that I can't set a date of restoration and that if I lose my installed programs that they can not be recovered. Guess that means I have to use my recovery again disks?

• Tool to read the response and request ksoap?

  Does anyone know of a 3rd third party tool that can be used to read the request and response using ksoap2.

  I am aware of httptransport, .requestdump and responsedump. But these do not work in all scenarios.

  What I want is something that will trace the whole process and give me the details of the calls made in preference to the xml format.

  can be downloaded for free and is also part of soapUI I recommend for webservice tests as well.

  Another tip:

  ksoap2 httptransportSE to test your webservices with JUnit (in java desktop). If your Web service is wrapped properly you should not use any bb specific code and can run all your webservices in JUnit (I do).

  I guess you are on Version 11 as your last post was on this version.

  You are customer of the EAS, take a look at \Hyperion\products\Essbase\eas\client
  If you load using maxl you should have a file of errors defined in the script.
  Newspaper to take a look at \hyperion\logs\essbase there will be essbase.log and application logs are lower than for example \hyperion\logs\essbase\app\Sample\Sample.log

  If you have jobs regularly collect statspack report, then it will be easier to troubleshoot. You can just pull the report of the time period.

  A couple of things you can check if there is a problem of storage during the time, as a backup or other work running took all storage OS, so Oracle hung because no space for archiving of newspapers. Usually it will record errors in the alert.log, but if bdump as complete destination, the error will not be recorded.
  Check the activity of the BONE during the time, which is CPU and IO activity. See if you have installed and configured sar
  Check the message of OS file.

  But what I'm looking for is a way to 'capture' the current configuration of a particular server, so that I can use this config as a starting point for the construction of host config documentation. The bundle of config which is created by running the command above creates a bunch of text and other files that I think hold configurations, but they do not provide a way to look through the config, or copy and paste easily the different elements.

  Anyone know of a free util that will do something like what I'm looking for?

  It's easy...  RVTools completely!  It is a simple, lightweight windows install you simply point your vCenter (or $vmhost), and then save the report in Excel.  It creates tabs for everything you can imagine including network vmkernel.  That should be all you need.  Still hungry?  Launch PowerCLI and use vCheck, Reports of CDPand NIC Firmware.

  I make application to read data from the accelerometer. I create the user interface using C++ and when the user clicks on the application startup button taking users accelerometer reading. I tried to update x, position y of the component and textarea or a text label. How can I do?

  I've attached my app.cpp file in which I want to update the text of button or label and move the image to different x, the coordinate y.

  I'm multitasking successfully implemented over the waterfall.

  Here is my code in which the two wire work in parallel.

  Step 1: Extend the class with the Thread class

  Step 2: The signal whenever you want to update your UI Thread class

  Step 3:

  SLOT (showUpdatedData (float, float, float)));

  myThread is an object of the class as we thread createad by exteding the Qthread.

  signalGUI is a signal that emerging us from the worker thread.

  showUpdatedData is a slot in which we write the code to update the GUI.

  In this way we can implement multitasking on the waterfall.

  Yes it is possible but depends on the upong the logging level, you have defined. So record trap 5 should be able to get configuration changes or command execution logs.

  November 1, 2013 11:20:48: ACE-5-111008%: "admin" user running the command "no book testlog.

  So, you should see these newspapers of level 5 on syslog if siphon 5 logging is configured.
