• Pull Down Menu with a level 3 Image is not visible to the APEX 4

  Hi all
  
  I have a request from some lists of type Pull Down Menu with an Image. These menus have a maximum of 3 levels. APEX 3.1 and 3.2, they work very well, all levels are visible at run time.
  
  Now the application is exported to the APEX 4 and only 1 ^ st ^ and 2 ^ nd ^ level of the menu items are visible at run time. After the 2 ^ nd ^ level elements that have child elements, a triangle is visible, but the sublist became visible in the overview. The theme used is blue.
  
  Anyone who is familiar with this problem and do you know how to fix this?

  Try to add S before #LIST_ITEM_ID # in the list template (properties entered sublist).

  In replace 'Current model Sub with Sub list list items' and 'model sublist associated with Sub items list.
  dhtml_MenuOpen(This,'#LIST_ITEM_ID#',true,'Left') ".
  with this
  dhtml_MenuOpen(This,'S#LIST_ITEM_ID#',true,'Left') ".

  I'm trying to add an image to a list of type "Pull Down Menu with Image (Custom 1)", but the image will not be displayed. I use the model 2 - blue and fan.
  
  I'm doing something wrong or is this a known bug? The image I tried to add is "menu/trafficlight_64.gif" (I used the image browser to add to that).
  
  I made an example on apex.com:

  I don't know yet what actually happens, but it's even worse in IE7 (FF3.0.8 is ok). Take a look on: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=267:41] - I downloaded two images ("List1" and "List2"). You can see the text under the image actually appear, partially, twice - everything I've done between the two images is swap the order of the menu items. By clicking on the menu items does, finally, display the menu correctly (see "List3").

  So, the question seems to be something to do with the structure of the menu text. Try this:

  In the definition of the model from the list at the Start of the parameter list void model before lines, add in:

  <div style="float:left">
  

  and add at the end of the parameter list template void after lines, using:

  </div>
  

  This should wrap each full menu/sub-sub-menu option in a single DIV tag

  I have a USB-6008 read a signal to 5V on one of DIO ports. The 5V is or the circuit is open. Since the 6008 traction has internal open ups resembles a true TTL signal. I think using a 850 Ohm pull down on the output line.  I think that should lose about 5.8ma when the 5V is present.  6008 for line specification is 8.5ma.  The 5V is coming from a mechanical switch which is activated when the vacuum is applied, so that the switch does not consume all current... It seems to me that it should work. But............ Does anyone see a problem with that?

  I'm runnning Mac Thunderbolt two monitors. Main window of my work is in the monitor on the left. All my menu of the tool are arranged on the right monitor, so everything is easily accessible. When I click on a pull down to the thickness of line, type of gradient or the drop down menu appears in the appropriate location where my mouse is clicking on the effects, except that it is on the left screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I finally found a way to solve this problem. The Mission Control preferences panel will turn off "screens have a separate space. After restarting the machine with this change in place the drop-down menu stay in the menu on the correct monitor.

• Why LR 6 gradient tool pull down in red and transparent?

  I just upgraded to LR 6 5.7 LR.   When I now use the gradient tool, the tool pulls down in red and transparent.  All cursors of the gradient tool are in position 0.  Color sliders are also 0.  I use a MacPro and had no problem with the LR 5 +.

  OE gives an error message standard it is not correctly installed.  Its a remnant message from OE4 and is false.  You probably corruption with folders.dbx and you should remove it.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7 then, after departures OE you must back up your messages and given the corruption, go to file | Identities and setup a new identity for you give a fresh message store and then you can use file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.
