  Versions of Firefox 3.6 + have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

  Press the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open view > toolbars and select menu bar, so it has a check mark.

  We do some tests before a possible deployment was of Win 7 and have encountered a problem of Menu start which left us speechless. On the machine in question, a number of programs and files 'disappeared' in the menu 'programs'. When you look at the two folders that should be merged to display this menu, programs and missing files are present, but those that are listed in the user profile do not appear in the start--> list all programs from the Start button Menu. The records are "Start\program C:\Users\%user_profile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start" and "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start start\program". Any idea where we should consider?   This may mean that you have over 70 entries in the two Start Menu > programs files. Try to click the Windows Orb (start), click all programs, and then click Open. Again right click all programs, and then click Open all users. Right-click the taskbar, and then click windows next door. Take a look in the two program records and if it has more than 70 entries, some of them combine or create subfolders. Right click on the task bar to cancel the side by side.

  Finally, using the Task Manager, terminate and restart Explorer or reboot the computer to refresh the list.
