  It is not possible to have a master password for which you can have a choice. You can have a single specific to a password account you will need to provide or enter it each time you connect to this account.

  My mother has Windows Vista, and today when she went to turn on the computer, to the Vista Welcome screen, when it prompted for a password, it would not let him anything.  If she goes into repair mode when starting, it let him then and he will accept.  She has not changed recently, or someone else.  She tried to start safe mode and also checked the keyboard keys stuck and dirt.  She is old, does not know the product # and is not a disc of recovery of any kind.  For some reason any Vista simply won't let no its nothing State in the password box.

  So I RMB on it and say "update its use" and I am asked to enter the "master password", enter it and the gauge is updated.

  But to me, you can ask the question:
  How to load the page g-mail if passwords are locked by the master?

  OK, maybe the cookies, but I just want to put out there coz I'm obviously missing something.

  I don't know why it should not work on your machine, but you can reset your password like this:
  1. click on start.
  2. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
  3. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
  4. click on "run as Administrator".
  5. type the following command:
  NET user "user %%nom" xxyyzz {Enter}
  (Replace the password you want to use xxyyzz)

File a ticket or reach out to support by Live chat with a list of mailboxes that you want and we can create from our front-ends. You will not be able to see these mailboxes in our e-mail accounts interface, but they will work correctly once they are created from our backend.

  If you want to change the password in Windows Vista, follow these steps:

  -Click on Start and go to control panel.
  -Click user accounts and family safety.
  This link is not available using the classic view of the control panel.
  If you use the classic view just do a double-click on the icon user accounts.
  -Click the link for user accounts.
  -In the area called to make changes to your user account, click on the change your password link.
  -In the first text box, enter your current password.
  -In the other two text boxes to enter the password you want to use.
  -Finally click on the button of past change and to confirm the changes.
  -Close the window user accounts.
  -Now your Windows Vista logon password has been changed

  By the way; you need ADMIN rights to change this.
