Toshiba 39L4333DG - Cloud TV does not work

I install my TV, I did a firmware update but Cloud Service TV is NOT available.
When I push the Home button of cloud or search portal or Apps Premium button button, I get the same screen Premium Apps.

In this screen are ONLY use tools. Your Internet browser and Skype work BUT everything gives me a message that there is no image in demo mode and connect your TV to the internet.

I have reset the TV 3 times but the problem persists.
Of course the TV has been set to location not store.

I usually use a type of wired network, but even when I change it fi it does not solve the problem.
In both directions, Test network connection was completed successfully.

I connect successfully application remote control Toshiba via iPhone and Android.

    Only the jpeg image files are supported using the connection network and Media Player.

    The situation is quite complicated. When you've got your laptop recovery files was recorded on the second partition in folder HDDRecovery. The second partition and backup files should not be modified.

    If you did something with the second partition or this file recovery Toshiba creator cannot find these files and the recovery media cannot be created. This will work with the factory only settings. but I see another problem there.

    If anyone else has this problem, try the following.

    1 disconnect from creative cloud.

    2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.

    3. delete all the files in the following folders

    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

    4 start creative cloud and connect.
