Toshiba 46TL938G hangs suspended 20 seconds the channel volume or entry

Hello

I recently bought a Toshiba 46TL938G. When I turn it on and try to do something the system hangs for about 20 seconds, a large rotating circular icon appears in the upper right of the screen (as if it is make a departure upward and informing me that I have to wait) then everything works fine.

It's very frustrating because it only seems to happen when you try to do something like change the channel/volume/AV input. For example if I turn on my TV and leave it for 5 minutes, it will sit just idling on the program that is on.
But the second I try to change the channel/Volume/entry/go in menu it freezes for 20 seconds, then do it of thing and let me go in my life.

All the world is the experience and knowledge of a fix? The firmware on my TV says it's up-to-date.

Have you tried to reset the TV?

    I have the book, but this screenshot has been extremely help.

    The answer is...

    Like I said, the default Panel in the range of effects of applied effects/Applied / Motion and opacity.

    Once you apply fx effects Audio/Effects/Channel Volume effect to your audio clip, you will see the channel Volume Panel in the Palette of effects applied and the movement and opacity.

    I'll give you screenshots if necessary.

  • Sort the channels in Toshiba 47L7453DG

    Hello

    I recently bought a new Toshiba 47L7453DG TV and I tried to sort the channels, but it was impossible. I found in the user manual, the following note:

    "Renumber, move, sort, and delete functions are not available for the antenna channels. Renumber, move, sort, and delete functions are only available for the DVB - C in Germany. »

    However, as I read in other posts, Toshiba recommends the use of this software (version 1.04) ToshibaEdit.

    I followed the steps described below:

    1. I transferred the list of channels of TV on USB
    2. I have compressed files
    3. I opened the in ToshibaEdit
    4. I reorganized the channels
    5. I saved the zip file
    6. I unzipped the files to USB
    7. I transferred files from USB to TV

    So far so good. However, although the list of channels is changed, the TV shows 'No signal' message across all channels, and I have to re - set my TV or load the original files that were exported from the TV (the first time).

    Have you already tested ToshibaEdit L74 series? I saw a similar post somewhere on this forum and a user had the same problem, but you have not proposed a solution. What seems to be the problem after you have saved the files in ToshibaEdit? I followed all the steps exactly as described in the manual here, hereand here.

    Please for more help I've been banging my head for 3 days now and I can't find a way to sort the list of channels, which BTW, is a very basic feature for all TVs.

    PS. I upgraded TV for the last firware (T8_1_97_09_01_1).

    Best regards

    Recovery of the subject.
    I have the same problem on the same model.

  • Configurator error 'the hard size in the first string of RAID must be smaller than the drive selected in the second Raid channel'

    Hello, I hope this is the forum for this question rigth.

    I am trying to set up a new T330 for one of our customers, and I want to use a Raid 1 + Raid 1 configuration. First raid for the operating system and daily backups, second raid for a database.

    I tried the C15c configuration, but I always get the error "the size of the hard drive in the first RAID channel must be smaller than the selected hard drive in the second Raid channel".

    Is it really necessary to buy an SSD that is bigger than the HD used in the first Raid? The DSS may be relatively low, but I need more space for the backup.

    Is there an alternative solution to this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Stefan

    Yes. In fact, you can mix drive types on the SAME channel... they just cannot be mixed in the same virtual disk (table).

  • Airport utility does not support my Airport - options to change the channel?

    I have an older Airport - extreme, I think, and the utility does not support.  I'm out of luck to change channel?  Time Warner said their modem did not support my newest Airport (? it's TWC) and now the internet keeps smoking at least once or twice a day.

    I suggest that you keep it simple.

    Your airport automatically analyze and choose the best channel to use when it lights up. So, if you have not done for some time, powering to the airport, wait a few seconds and then put it to the top.

    Even if you could change the channel... How would you know which channel to choose?

    Time Warner said that their modem did not support my most recent airport

    Time Warner will only support for a product they have received for you.  But this does not mean that a router from Apple will not work with their service. I've used Apple products for over 10 years with Time Warner.

  • Re: TV TOSHIBA 26EL800A - TV is on, but the screen remains empty

    Hi all

    I have a Toshiba TV 26EL800A purchased in May of this year. Tried to turn on the TV using the remote control mode standby (red light) to on (green light) that has the remote control - the screen remains empty (as there is no power) and after a few seconds the light changes again red - standby again.

    Tried this using the keys on the TV as well and the same thing (have checked batteries for remote control, checked PowerPoint (my dvd player works the same record 2 and it works) but don't know what else is causing the screen lights?)

    Any suggestions?

    I put t really know if you can find the solution here on the computer systems forum.
    What you can try is to unplug TV, leave for a while and check again.

    If the same thing will happen again and again I recommend to contact your local dealer and ask for help or contact the provider of Toshiba directly.

  • Toshiba 46TL938G: mp4 playback stops after 2 hours and 6 minutes

    Hello

    I recently bought a Toshiba 46TL938G.
    The problem I have is that when I am playing a video file mp4 from my USB stick always stops at 2 hours and 6 minutes.

    I tried various usb and different files.
    I suspect that it is a bug in the firmware. I saw here in the forum that another user had the same problem, but it has not been answered. Is this a known issue?

    If it is not who is the right person to contact to?
    I think it is unacceptable to not be able to see a movie when I paid a lot of money to buy this tv!

  • Noise of headset (Nokia HS4W) on the channel after a variable delay

    Hello

    I use a laptop from Dell (Latitude D610) with Toshiba Bluetooth stack. I used the last battery Bluetooth of Dell (4.00.20D) two & Toshiba sites (5.10). The two of us, I have a strange problem: in the beginning, everything works fine, but after a variable delay, the channel is full of noise (VET hard) and I can't talk more. I have to disconnect the helmet finally disbale/enable bluetooth on laptop and restart. Sometimes, I have observed the time being exactly 10 minutes or 5 minutes...

    Someone at - it had the same problem? as I don't see if the problem comes from the shape of the card of laptop/BT of Dell, driver or Driver version or headset Nokia...

    Thank you!

    I read something about such behavior in a discussion forum. In this case, the CSR bluetooth module firmware was the problem. So, you should try to update your firmware if possible. My laptop has the latest BT 2.0 + EDR Bluetooth CSR chip and works very well in combination with the Toshiba BT stack and the helmet.

    Hey,.

    This happens if you listen to the music only or any other applications too?
    And hangs the sound only or the whole notebook?

    Have you plugged an external equipment to the laptop? If Yes, you must remove it and try again.
    Maybe this is caused by the antivirus. You should test another AnitVir as an example.

  • Speed problems according to the channel in which I connect - Possible hardware problem:

    Hello

    I bought a R8000 about 1 month, and it worked pretty well. Last week, I read a review on the router suggested what a turn on the Smart Connect. That's when the problems started.

    -Panda USB wireless that worked perfectly started to have speeds of 1.5 Mbps when my service is Comcast 150MBps explosion. Before turning on the S.C., it reaches that speed easily.

    -After the filming of Smart Connect, did not improve the performance of the USB dongle. It is remained at 1.5 Mbps to 3MBPs. I tried to fix it for a week now.

    -J' I reset the modem (button reset button for 10 seconds), configured my router again and added to my dongle is malfunctioning, the router started having trouble to detect my external WD "My passport".

    Today, troubleshooting the wireless dongle with Panda, I changed the channel 5 GHz at the elementary school and the speed is back to 170 Mbps. The router is kept at approximately 3 M from the computer without any obstacles between them.

    Finally, the streaming of my router (with cable) to my TV using DLNA sometimes stutters. yesterday, she even caused the TV to not recognize the transmitted file.

    Can you help me troubleshoot the router more far to find if it is defective?

    Thank you

    As I started the topic, I would give it a closure. My problem was that I had a USB Wireless Dongle of Panda, who performed in the secondary channel (high way) but ridiculously low in the primary (Channel Low). As I had Smart Connect lit, I couldn't control my connected computer channel and appeared the problem was with the router.

    That said, I noticed a better balance between devices when I disabled the dynamic QoS option. I don't know if the algorithm for dynamic QoS is simply wrong or its implementation by the current firmware (V1.0.3.4_1.1.2) is buggy.

    In any case, currently, everything works with me. Explosion of Comcast 150Mbps and rapid tests is between 157 to 153Mbps in tests using a channel 5 G.

  • How to multiply the channel by variable

    Hello

    I have a timestamp that is not real time, but the next number. I know that the interval (such as 1 or 10 seconds) of the measures. So I am this conversion to standard time. In this case, I need to multiply this channel by given interval. It's easy, because you can multiply the channel by a constant like below:

      Call ChnCalculate ("Ch(""[2]/Seconds1"") = Ch(""[1]/#"") * 1")
    Call ChnCalculate ("Ch(""[2]/Minutes1"") = Ch(""[2]/Seconds1"") / 60")
    Call ChnCalculate ("Ch(""[2]/Hours1"") = Ch(""[2]/Minutes1"") / 60")

    But how to do this using the variable? Let's say we have variable s_interval and we want to put this variable instead of multiplying it by constant.

    Ch(""[1]/#"") * 1 ")

    Do you know how to do this?

    Best regards

    Piotr

    Hi Piotr,

    You can set it like this:

    Dim dFactor
    Call ChnCalculate ("Ch(""[2]/Noise_1"") = Ch(""[2]/Noise_1"") /"& dFactor ")

    But I prefer a DIAdem function for this calculation, because it is faster using a well-defined function than the calculator.

    Dim dFactor, dOffset
    dFactor = 10
    dOffset = 0
    Call ChnLinScale ("[1] / Time", "[1] / Time", dFactor, dOffset)

    or if you use the channel object:

    Dim oChn, dFactor, dOffset
    Set oChn = Data.GetChannel("[1]/Time")
    dFactor = 10
    dOffset = 0
    Call ChnLinScale (oChn, oChn, dFactor, dOffset)

    Greetings

  • ArraytoChannels error 'cannot be added because the channels of the target are not all the same length.

    Hello!

    After the end of my second day of test error, I put this question on the table:

    I use ArraytoChannels function to store ADO recordsets as strings. What is strange, is that for the first Recordset, it works; but for the next time through the loop, it always fails with the error message 'cannot be added because the channels of the target are not all the same length.

    I confirmed that:

    the RowData sizes and the ChannelNames are equal,

    both spend the isarray = true test,

    I change the order of the ChannelNames,.

    I have reconnected/disconnected from the oConnexion every time, nothing has changed.

    Apparently I'm missing something - but crazy to know what! -If anyone can share his opinion I'll so much appriciate. Here is my code:

    oTables = Array ("WellStates", "ChokeData", "WellParameters", "FlowData", "PumpData", "SensorsData", "ModelCalculatedData")

    Call OpenSQLConnection
    Set oRecordset = CreateObject ("ADODB. Recordset')
    Call SelectWell
    Call GetWellStateIDs

    Data.Root.Clear
    for j = 0 to ubound(oTables,1)

    sSQLSting = "select * []" & oTables (j) & "] where [WellStateID] between" & WellStateIDFirst & "and" & WellStateIDLast ".
    oRecordset.Open sSQLSting, oConnexion

    for i = 0 to orecordset. Fields.Count - 1
    oFieldNames (i) = orecordset. Fields.Item (i) .name
    next
    oArray = oRecordset.GetRows (-1, 0, oFieldNames)
    Set oGroup = Data .root .ChannelGroups .Add (oTables (j))

    oArray, oFieldNames arraytochannels
    oRecordset.close
    oConnection.Close
    next

    Sub GetWellStateIDs
    sSQLSting = "select * from [WellStates] where [wellid] =" & WellID
    oRecordset.Open sSQLSting, oConnexion
    oArray = oRecordset.GetRows)
    WellStateIDFirst = oArray (0,0)
    WellStateIDLast = oArray (0, ubound(oArray,2))
    oRecordset.close
    EndSub

    Sub OpenSQLConnection
    Set WshNetwork = CreateObject
    oComputerName = WshNetwork.ComputerName
    oDB = "MX2. Player.DB ".
    Set oConnexion = CreateObject ("ADODB. Connection")
    oProvider = "Provider = SQLOLEDB.1; Integrated Security = SSPI; PeoExecuteist Security Info = True; Data Source ='
    oProvider = oProvider & oComputerName & "\MX; Use procedure for prepare = 1; Machine translation = True; The packet size = 4096; Workstation ID ="
    oProvider = oProvider & oComputerName & " Use encryption for data = False; Tag with column collation when possible = False; Initial Catalog ='
    oProvider = oProvider & oDB
    oConnection.ConnectionString = oProvider
    oConnection.Open
    EndSub

    Another clue. If you check using DIAdem

    Microsoft Windows Script Debugger

    you are able to install the debugger in DIAdem.

    It would potentially have shown that the command does not work as expected.

    Sorry for the inconveniance

  • TDMS read fails on the channels of different lengths

    Experts in LV...

    It seems that there is an error in the PDM to read functions.   I have a TDMS file generated by a built executable, this file has a group of 9 channels.  Channel 5 is data taken at a higher rate (IE 20 MHz) compared to the date in the other 8 channes (1 Mhz).  1 Mhz channels have 110 000 points, of course, the 20 Mhz channel has 2 200 000 points.

    If I read this by using the playback feature TDMS passing an array of the names of Channel 9.  It runs and returns a table of 9 waveforms with Y0 dt values correct and the correct.  However Channel 4 (the 5th string, that long) a garbage in the data for all points since the stop the 110 000 in other channels.  This trash is as numbers-10 ^ 304 and zero.  The first 110 000 points are correct.

    The file itself is not damaged.  If I read the file in a loop 1 channel at the time, and to build the table of waveforms I get all 9 waveforms and the correct data of variable length.  A trivial example to read the actual data file is attached with the data file (I hope that boards that leave be attached).  Intrigue albums has corrupted data to read it all-in-one and the bottom has the accurate version of loop data.  The waveforms of tables on the left show that corruption occurs precisely at the location 110 000 table where the other tables

    Yes, the data file is too long for the forums.  You can get the program file and the simple example data

    TDMS error.zip

    No Council or if it is a real mistake.  I don't see anything in the documentation that I'm doing something wrong.  The fact that it returns a length of valid array and no error code is leads me to believe it's a bug of LV.

    Hi sth.

    Thank you for your results. The issue you reported is for playback of several channels of scaling in staircase once. (PDM read on several channels in staircase of unscaling works very well). The .tdms file, you provided, including the scaling of the data.

    I can give you two workaround solutions. The first is what you mentioned, read each channel of scale inside a loop. The second is that always read all channels once, but rank all length strings in descending order. (The first is the channel with a maximum length; the last is the channel of a minimum length).

    Kind regards

  • Writing to the nodes property DAQmx channel does not refresh the channel values

    Hi all

    I have a riddle.  I created a task programmatically in LabVIEW and programmatically added several analog input channels to the task.  It's easy.

    I wish that my user must be able to modify the individual channels within the task.  To this end, I created a set of screws that allow it to change the settings appropriate to the channel (for example, if it is a channel of thermocouple, it can change the type of thermocouple, CRC value, etc... If it is a strain gauge channel, it can change the coefficient of fish and so on).  These screws all works beautifully, like the VI where they live.

    The specific question that I have is that writing to the channel property nodes refreshes not communication channels.  See the images below.  The first image is the code that needs to define new channels of communication:

    Note that immediately after setting the property nodes, I read their values back, just to see what comes out back.

    The second image is an image of the public Service immediately after the execution of this VI.  Note that the values read from the channel property nodes did not updated to match to the set of values, but instead kept their initial configuration values:

    What I am doing wrong?  I fought this for a few days now and I'm stumped.

    Thanks for your time!

    Diane

    Hi, Diane.  A week ago, I also had a problem changing the channel properties (not sure that our situtions are exactly comparable, but...).  My 'solution' to want to change the appearance of the task was to just throw the original task and recreate all the elements of the task from scratch.

    I've not done enough 'experiments' to work when you can and cannot change, but am now much more cautious...
