Toshiba Flash Cards has stopped working...!

HI :)

My problem is:
When I start my laptop an error message pops up saying: "Toshiba Flash Cards has stopped working".

What is Toshiba Flash Cards? and what I will do with this error?

Also, is the utility of flash refers to the Fn key card in the keyboard? If it is, so the problem above will not let me use the usefulness of this key "Fn".

Thank you: x

Hello

Software Toshiba Flash Cards belongs to Toshiba value added package (VAP) and it controls the functionality of the FN button too.

If this service has stopped working so I recommend if you allow it.
For this you must have access to the services of Vista:
-Go to the Start Menu
-In the white line (search) type services and press ENTER.
-Click on continue in the UAC prompt, (if it is necessary to provide the password for administrator approval)
-Search for Flash or PPV cards or similar
-Right click on the service if you want to disable or enable, and click Properties. You will find an option to enable or disable this service

Also on this page:
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/59910-services.html

But if this will not help you then need to reinstall the VAP.

    Hello

My DVD drive used for good work... and then I installed iTunes.
He then worked for a while, but only by using "Run as Administrator".

Thanks in advance for your help.

My solution is to remove a Toshiba DVD drive and install VLC player. You can get it for free.
It can play all video formats, and you don't need additional codecs.

You know what, before starting to look for the solution and spent hours playing that I advise you to install the OS by using HARD drive recovery option. Reinstall the OS and check if everything is working well with the factory settings.

Reinstall the OS and verify functionality without changing anything. I am 100% on it will not work properly.

  • Toshiba Service Station has stopped working - Satellite L500 PSLS0A

I have a Toshiba Satellite L500 PSLS0A-019002 with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed that I received as a gift from two months ago.

Apart from some do not like the weird and useless (to me) Windows Vista / 7 functions, the Office I get the error message "Toshiba Service Station has stopped working" who proceeds to find a solution, but apparently never find one because this situation repeats itself whenever I start.

On another thread in the forums of Toshiba, someone suggested to download the independent utility called Toshiba Service Station and put it back. I see no such utility listed on the page of downloads for my Toshiba model. Because I don't know what the Toshiba Service Station did (unless it goes by another name - Toshiba Bulletin Board perhaps?), I don't know what causes the error or how to fix.

Does anyone have a more accurate solution?

As the user above has said, you can remove it. It is not important utility and does not have a big problem in your system.

  • INTEX data card has stopped working

Hello friends, kindly help me to restore my INTEX dongle, it stopped working. An image and the screenshot of the dongle and its causes is uploaded here for more understanding and clarity of the problem.

    1. AN IMAGE OF THE DONGLE

2 capture SCREEN PLUG AFTER THE DONGLE IS CONNECTED WITH THE PORTABLE - when the dongle is connected with the laptop, it seems to be as shown below and cannot go any further.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that this data card Intex has stopped working. Let me ask you;

    • Remember to make any particular changes in settings?

According to the guidelines of the screenshot of the error, it seems there could be a conflict of third party software. I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Place your system in the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Note: see 'How do I reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting' to reset the computer starts normally after troubleshooting.

If the problem persists, you can also consult the manufacturer of the device to check all the parameters.

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

  • "Adobe Flash CS5 has stopped working" error whenever I do anything - HELP Please!

    Hello

I used Macromedia Flash MX for many, many moons. Finally, when I got to Windows 7, I was VERY pleased with the update on MX and switch to Adobe Flash Professional CS5. However, I was never able to use this program, as it crashes pretty much whenever I try to do anything. However, since my upgrade, I noticed a lot more crashing in MX as well (I still installed on my old HD and have been using it to build videos rather than CS5 because it crashes less frequently). Now, I'm at my wit's end. I get the above error message when I do pretty much anything, but more recently it is whenever I try to select all unused files in the library. The error message I get in MX is "Flash 6.0 r25 has stopped working", but it is the same exact problem in the signature of the problem of CS5:
