Everything else works OK, although some applications running a bit slow, especially the new edge browser (dumped for Firefox). Obviously need new driver cam. Help please Tosh or my tablet doesn't help. Or any other suggestions?

  WT8-B-102 does not therefore support other output micro HDMI port the connection to an external monitor or TV isn t possible.

  But as far as I know the Tablet supports the wireless display technology (Miracast / Intel WiDi) and if the TV supports the same technology, you should be able to output the internal display on TV s screen too.

  I bought a Toshiba still WT8-A-102 (not part no PDW09E-00100EEN) to the end of 2014. I upgraded from Windows 8 for Windows 10 Home Version 1511 without any problem in 2015.

  I use it for a limited number of applications - Office365 and navigation, generally with Chrome and Hola VPN to access certain geographically limited websites, for example TV channels, watch movies and content recorded from my TV (these are generally. TSV format); I run the free version of Malwarebytes and AVG anti-virus.

  I have two problems I can solve t.

  For a few months now, it always turns off suddenly, always exactly 30 minutes after the start. There is no warning, the screen goes black and that s it.   I ve installed the different Toshiba updates available for this model. However, the update BIOS doesn t work. She is currently the version 1.60.   My Toshiba still WT8-B-102 performs 100% to 5% and less then 10 hours after being arrested (not the sleep or Hibernate). I use Windows 10. I can't tell what it looked like on windows 8.1 because after buying the Tablet I've updated to W10. I even did W10 clean install (with drivers from the toshiba site). During normal operation my battery lasts about 6 to 8 hours, so I guess there is nothing wrong with the battery itself.

  You have ideas, what is the problem? Some perhaps of settings in Windows?

  "USB Sleep and Charge" and Wake on LAN/keyboard drain the battery when the unit is off. Disable these settings in the BIOS.

  I bought a Tablet Toshiba still WT8-A-102 a couple of weeks, and unfortunately, I cracked the protection glass, a fall on a concrete slab.

  Anyway, long story short:

  The LCD is intact, the touch function works (95% of the time, about 95% of the surface of the Tablet), only the protective glass is cracked, no splinters seconded, just a simple crack that runs through the entire length of the Tablet nice zig - zag.

  ~ 300 EUROS for sale at retail and service price, they asked for about 160 EUROS fix the thing (which I think this is outrageous).

  I had to uninstall the Toshiba power management utility (version 1.3 for the Satellite 1900 102 running XP SP2).   When you try to upgrade the BIOS for my 2 Encore WT8-B-102 through the Station of Service Toshiba I get the error:

  According to the datasheet of Toshiba STILL WT8-A-102, the table supports the micro HDMI port output.
