Whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
In addition, it could be that Web sites have been modified so that they are more well interact with the settings inside your BB browser. You BB browser has many parameters which can interact better wth different websites. More importantly, I think that how your BB identifies a website seems to make the most difference - starting in the browser, press the BBKey, then select Options. In the "Browser Configuration" screen, there are several options that can be useful. "Browser Identification" option is that who I think made the more than difference more often - on mine, I can have my BB identify Web sites as a BB, IE or FF browser, producing different results in websites coded better for one or other of these browsers.
Try fiddling around with different settings to find the combination that best meets your needs. Sorry, but there is no 'best' recommendations for the right combination - everyone's needs are unique, requiring a single solution for them... and only they can find since only they need.

For some reason, left work after doing this, the ability of my headset Plantronics Voyager 815 to execute commands remotely (answer, hang up, volume, etc.). Has anyone else got a happen to them? Well, I have figured this out by myself...
Removed the battery for 5 seconds - Sprint/Nextel calls this a Soft Reboot - somehow clarified the issue with the bluetooth buttons does not.
I wonder how many times I have to remove the battery in order to free the bugs in the system...

Inspiron 700 m disc has decided to stop working
24 x Combo DVD/CD-RW drive used to work perfectly, but is no longer. I did no system of things recently that could have messed up.
Device Manager will not display any errors.
Power DVD doesn't recognize DVD movie.
Sonic Software eject.
System recognizes the drive but cannot read the data disk.
Diagnosis:
review of the device is correct.
both read and search controls are telling me to insert a CD of installation of type that contains the digital data. Nothing works, I tried various of the installation CD and DVD. So this seems to be the problem, but what I do from here? I'm not a techie.
Any help would be appreciated.

It s been using ACS 3.0 with Radius set up exactedly as described in "using Cisco Secure ACS for Windows with the.
3000 Concentrator VPN - IPSec.
Now, we have improved the ACS to 3.1 and it stops working.
When you try to TEST the communication between the 3015 and ACS we get "rejected authentication: password group is."

ACS 3.1 is slightly changed it returns the class attribute in its packages to respond when a user authenticates, this was done for session management purposes. Normally, this has no effect on everything that you are authenticating against, but the 3000 uses this class attribute to force VPn users in a specific group. For example, you can force the VPN users in specific groups of 3000 by returning the class attribute so that the user with a specific group VPN3000 name, so any group they have actually configured in the VPN client, they find themselves in this other group and inherit all settings in this group.
The error "password of group is not configured" comes from the fact that ACS3.1 returns a string in the format "dfhsdfjsdfshhhhghgkgekjfkjguwywe" (or something like that anyway :-)) in the Class attribute. The 3,000 who interprets as you want to force this user in this group. Of course this group name does not exist on the 3000, and you get rejected.
There are two ways around this:
-Move the hub to what anyone higher than what you're running. From v3.5.3 ignored 3000 this format of the attribute and access connections works very well even if ACS always sends the return attribute.
-Change the user or group ACS and actually return the appropriate form the class attribute:
UO = groupname;
where groupname is the name of group VPN3000 you want this user to be placed in (it may or may be not the same as the one they set up in their client). Make sure that UO is in capital letters and do not forget the semicolon. The attribute Class is so just check 25, RADIUS (IETF) attribute cela and off you go, you may need to activate under Interface Config - RADIUS (IETF) Firstly if you see under the ACS user/group.

I know you said you tried some things, but I don't know if you've done these steps exactly. Therefore, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):
(1) registry HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
(2) remove and return Service directories
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
(3) restart to take batt
- With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

Hi all
My Blackberry works today - strange as usually very reliable. Problems: I can used is no longer the screen - it high lights up the apps but they won't open when I push on, buttons work. And he starts to turn his car. He gets calls, but you can pick up.
Odd - until this morning it was working fine but now nothing works at all.
What is really strange it is the sensitive touchscreen, but does not when you click. The screen lock has also stopped working. Basically, everything is bolloxed

Yep, it's pretty common,
Do this now. Remove the battery for at LEAST 3 days and put the device in a bag of uncooked dry rice. He's going to soak up moisture.
An alternative to rice, is leave the unit with the battery removed, sitting at 3 days on top heat emitting an electronic device, such as a cable box, stereo amplifier, something with dry heat.
The recovery key is the several days without putting the battery to check it out.
Remember, electricity plus water is not good.

BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER blackBerry Smartphones has STOPPED WORKING
Am having a problem with my Blackberry Curve to my office data synchronization.
Had two crashes of disk in two weeks. Later included the replacement of the two drives configured in RAID 0. Am running Vista Ultimate with MS Office 2007 SP2. I've restored the system using the full restore of backup restore & Microsoft and got everything works well again. Since the last crash, whenever I have sync Blackberry Desktop, I get the error: CALENDAR TREATMENT DEVICE - BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER has STOPPED WORKING.
I was at the forums online and support including Blackberry sites and took the following measures, which neither solves the problem.
· Uninstalled DM 4.7 and installed 4.6 DM (one of the forums suggested this - I was running 4.6 before the last crash when the error started when I upgraded to 4.7.)
· Repaired the outlook.pst file by using the windows onboard utility (he finds errors and repair the)
· Delete the synchronization of the DM section and re-configured
· Restarted the computer Pocket
Does anyone have any suggestions?
The problem is resolved. I talked to the Tech Center RIM and the calendar on my camera had been damaged. The solution was to remove the calendar on my device and then re sync.

Menu of Options of blackBerry Smartphones has stopped working

My screen blackBerry Smartphones has been frozen all day? Help, please!
Okay so I recently bought a blackberry 9800 torch of my friend, its not in poor condition but it has a few scratches on it. the phone also worked well for her.
This morning, installed an app to rename my files of music, called MTagz or something like that
directly after the installation, a grey box with a blue loading circle sign and the word loading it appeared. I thought he'd go after a while, but long story short, he didn't.
Ive tried to restart and turn my phone off, then on, but it won't work. If I could, I would like to uninstall the app, but my phone is completely insensitive.
I can enter my PIN and password, but as soon as the shoes at the same time the touch screen home screen and keyboard do not work. I can also press the menu button to switch between windows, but when these windows open again I can't do anything.

Ensure that all measures are properly carried out in order to completely divorce the BB from accounts of friends and thus to be able to create entirely what you need for you alone.
Regarding your question as stated, I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.
But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup of your PC... Please see the Backup link in my sig auto on this post for instructions.
