  Just in the note on the case, if you uninstall / reinstall the program, I found that the content that you have downloaded to complete the class download of the content of the material will have disappeared. At the end of the installation, a message appears with the following text "Windows could not update the configuration to start the computer. Installation cannot continue.

  I'm not really a tech guy but I also tried to download virtual box and the same error comes back.

• Download Pro Acrobat for offline installation

  How can I download the app for offline installation?  I need to download the application, then copy it across to the branch to execute.  The user for the web link is too slow to fill it through the normal installer.

  I have a user who bought the DC Pro Acrobat.  It can download the installer, but it will error after a few minutes of trying to download the application.  The first attempt is increased to 1 percent before failing.  The second time is increased to 6%.  The third time is increased to 7 percent.
