Transfer an address from an address book to another

I have a list named 'Big choral island'. This is a list under "personal address book". I would like to move that the names to a single address book to stand I created named 'big choral island'. Is it possible to do without having to enter each name and address individually?

You cannot move from a mailing list, but to be on the mailing list that they must be in the address book. Just move from one book to another. Just, you select contacts in the existing address book and drag them to the folder of the book and drop you.
