Transfer DW CS3 for Win Vista to win 10
I use DW CS3 since 2008 on a Windows Vista-based computer. I just got a Windows 10 computer and would like to disable DW on Vista computer and activate it on the Win10 computer. I called Adobe tech support and they said that I needed to know how to do this here. Here are my questions:
- Where can I download DW CS3? I can't find the CD.
- Once I have download and install it on the computer Win10, is it enough to simply enter the serial number or what I have to do something to make it explicitly clear that I'll use is no longer on the computer Vista.
Thank you.
You can get CS3 from Adobe here: download and Installation Help | Download and Installation Help
You should be able to use your current activation on the new machine information. Allowing all licenses of CS for two simultaneous installations, so if you have it already installed on two machines, you need first turn it off of a machine under the Help menu of DW.
DWCS3 is old, it is no longer supported and is not certified to run in Windows 10. I guess it will be if you set the Compatibility Mode for something more during the installation. I'm sure that someone here in the forum is running CS3 in W10 and can give more specific advice on how to make it work.

How to recover the file MAC AI CS3 for Win Ver 10
I created a great brochure file on my Mac with AI CS3 and when I tried to burn a dvd to send to a printer the file converted into Windows worm. 10 I had always installed on the Parallels virtual machine installed on the Mac. I uninstalled Ver 10 and reloaded the file in CS3, but he still wants to save to a file Ver 10. Don't want that because the worm 10 gives a warning that the file was created on a later version and may not work right. How can I get the file back in CS3? Much help appreciated!
You must have the default configurΘ for dΘmarrer with v10 trying to control click and go to open with in the dialog box get info and choose AI CS 3.

Lost metadata when transfer of Win Vista/WMP 11 for Win 7/WMP 12
Hello
After I moved all my music library from Win Vista/WMP 11 for Win 7/WMP 12, I note that several metadata is lost. For example all the values in the PlayCounts and stamp fields have been updated with 0/white. Before the transfer I backed up all the metadata using the metadata (http://www.dalepreston.com/Blog/2007/03/windows-media-player-metadata-backup.html) backup program which I was recommended to this forum. But when I try to restore I am not able to run due to the restoration, the button is grayed. I change all the file/folder names.
I also noticed that the KeyField field existence more in the library. Is it possible to restore these values to the new database?
Very grateful for any help to recover the missing data!
Already answered in the forum of backup metadata:

Update for Windows Vista - Installation - Win 7
Because of my start crapping of player to me, I had to buy a new. But what I had was an upgrade of Windows 7 on top a pre-installed version of Vista, without a recovery disk. I can't get an Acer recovery disk (because my computer is older than 3 years!), so I can't install my Vista on the new drive, in turn, I can not install my upgrade to Windows 7. I've PAID for Vista, I PAID for Win 7! I am desperate to get my computer running and upward, I am a web designer and this is my livelyhood. What should I do?
Data sheet:
On the old disk:
Has been running Vista 32 bit Home Premium
Upgraded to Win 7 32 bit - professional
In addition, if anyone knows how I can get my data from my drive out crapped, that would be appreciated.
RESPONSE thanks to great people online. Thanks anyway!

- When windows update (KB968930) power Shell2.0 and WinRm20 for win Vista tries to install the thugs of the computer then restarts and crashes again and again
Hello LisaQuaranto,
I suggest that you configure the computer to start in minimum mode, download the update from the Download Center and try to install the update.
To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista:
a. Click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
b. on the general tab, click Selective startup.
c. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
d. click OK.
e. When prompted, click on restart.
f. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.
If your problem is resolved after the clean boot, and then follow the steps in the following article to narrow down the exact source:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
In addition, refer to the section on how to restore your computer to a Normal startup mode by following the steps under "Reset the computer to start as usual", after performing the clean boot troubleshooting.
You can download the update following the link below:

Upgrade from Vista 64 for Win 7 64
Have Pavilion Media Center m8530f computer. Comes with Vista 64-bit installed and I would go to Win 7 64 bit, but I can't find the drivers on the HP site? Can someone help me find the necessary drivers (and, perhaps, necessary updates to the BIOS) for Win 7?
Thank you!
Thanks for the reply, Hans.
Intend to do a clean install with Win 7. I appreciate the fact that Win 7 will have driver support but I expect to need drivers for: chipset, video, audio and network, at the very least. Take a look at the website of HP support to drivers available for the existing installation of Vista 64 - that's what I'm looking for Win 7.
In fact, I just followed your link of BIOS and all the necessary Win 7 drivers are here!
I couldn't get to this page from the HP Support/download site.

Satellite P300 PSPC4A - BIOS no updates required for Win 7?
I have a Satellite P300 (PSPC4A-03P01P)
Currently 2 hard drives, both are partitioned.
Disc 1 - C and D
Disc 2 - F and G
Current operating system on the C drive is OEM Vista 32-bit HP
BIOS version is V4.20. 05/01/09I want to upgrade the Win - 7 HP 64-bit operating system
I know that this will require a format the C partition. In preparation, I downloaded all the drivers for Win 7 64 bit
My Questions:
The BIOS will require the update to support 64-bit?
If partitions D, F and G are left intact, Win-7 64-bit on the C drive will be able to read?
Or these partitions will also require formatting? Thanks for any help
Hello
There is no relationship between the BIOS and the operating system. Thus, you need not upgrade Bios for Win 64 bit.
> If partitions D, F and G are left intact, Win-7 64-bit on the C drive will be able to read?
> Or those partitions will also require formatting? You can install the Os on C: and it will be able to read information on other partitions too.
