Transfer photos from the camera to the computer

I use kodak easyshare to work with my photos. I had to have my charging system. now I can't transfer my photos in my computer - the kodak easyshare is unresponsive. There is no red lights on my kodak cx7300 camera. the camera flashes green as if the transfer is in progress, but nothing else happens. It worked before recharging. I use windows xp on a compaq table.

Hey James aka SamBraun.

Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

Method 1: You can run this Microsoft Fix to see if all the problems can be automatically identified and resolved:

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

Method 2: If the method above does not help, then you can uninstall and reinstall Kodak Easyshare software from the link below:

If you are mobile loose photo files, drag them in here and if you are going to be removed from the inside, keep a copy on a second disc.

If you move an iPhoto, Aperture, or photo library, make sure that the external hard drive contains a volume to the Mac OS Extended format, drag the library there, launch the application with the key Option key, choose it, confirm that it works and if you are going to be remove from the inside, keep a copy of it on a second disc.

Have you installed the Windows 7 driver for the camera?

Please tell us what "cannot transfer" means. Exactly how are you
are you still? What happens when you try? If you get an error message please
    He quotes verbatim.

Also note that you don't ever need to connect your camera directly. Buy a
card reader for the type of flash card your camera uses (they are very
inexpensive), put the flash card and plug it into a USB port.

Personally, I prefer to do it this way. It is easier and does not use
the camera battery. I have both these card readers - one I keep on
my desk, close my desktop computer and another that I keep in my
Bag for laptop to use when traveling.

Windows 7 - working with digital images
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/working-with-digital-pictures

    Here's something to try...

Connect the camera to the computer via a USB cable and
    Turn on the camera.

    If open windows... Close them.

    Reach... Start / computer...

Look at the drive letters and see if one of them
represents the camera. He can say removable disk

If the camera is recognized... right click on the drive letter
and from the menu choose... Open or explore.

The directory of the memory card in the camera must
poster and if you browse through the various
files, you must find the photo files.

Once found... you can copy/paste the pictures in a folder
    on your hard drive.

Simple and the best solution IMHO is to use an internal
or external USB memory card reader.

It will not drain your camera batteries and can be faster.
FWIW... download from the camera when batteries
can be low after a long photo shoot could result
    corrupted photos.

You have a USB media drive internal or external?

Insert the memory card into the correct location on the media player...
    If open windows... Close them.

When the card is inserted... If you go to... Start / computer... is
player card on one or several removable disks?

    Removable (e :)) drive
    Removable disk (e :))
    Removable drive (g)

If_Yes_you can download photos from there. Left click
the drive letter that corresponds to the memory card must
display the directory of the card and you can copy and paste or
Drag and drop the photos of your choice in a folder on your hard drive
    drive.

Just a select group of photos do a right-click and choose... Copy...
then navigate to the folder that you want, and then right-click the
    folder and choose Paste.

I transferred photos from a camera disk in my computer and then accidentally deleted.  I still have the pictures on the disc, but when I try to transfer them again, I get a message saying: there is no new images on the disc and I am unable to get them back to the computer.  The computer will not read the disc.  Any ideas I can try?

If the pictures that you have copied to the SD card have been published
somehow... rotation, brightness, contrast, renamed, etc...
the camera will recognize them is no longer.

  • BlackBerry smartphones transfer photos from the memory of the unit storm 9530 for computer

I've seen a few similar posts, but nothing worked for me.  I recently went on a trip and took more than 200 pictures on my Blackberry.  I need a simple way to transfer all of them to my computer because obviously send them one at a time, or moving them one at a time is not practical.

When I go to Options > memory, all the options are defined on the (card, Media Transfer Protocol Support) and Mass Storage Mode Support.

When I go to media > pictures > all pictures, I see all of my pictures.  When I go into photo files, it says the device memory.

When connected to my PC via the USB port, I try to pull up in Windows Explorer.  I see options for device MTP - device memory and device MTP - Media Card.  There are only empty folders in the device memory.  Multimedia card has nothing under the data and only my music files in the media.  Similar behavior when I pull up in Windows Media Player.

    Any suggestions?

Can't seem to find how add my files on computer images to my SD card stick or the unused memory before MemoryStick only seem to be able to transfer pictures to the computer not add them to the media or card stick

    ===============================================
Insert the SD Card/Memory Stick in your reader of media and go... Start / computer.

The drive should be recognized as one or more removable disks and
each will have a drive letter.

    Example:
    Removable disk (e :))
    Removable drive (g)
    Removable disk (h :))

Left-click each removable disk until you reveal the directory root of the SD.
    Card/Memory Stick.

OK, now that you know the letter of player if you click right one selected
Group of photos or an entire folder, you should be able to choose... Send to
    /
Removable disk (? :))..) .This must copy the photos to the SD Card/Memory Stick.

Make sure that the photos in a folder because the number of photos you can copy
the root directory will be very limited.
