  I have not received emails on outlook since July, it's extremely frustrating. I can access my hotmail via the internet, however, prefer to use microsoft outlook. It is strange that it worked perfectly until the beginning of July and all of a sudden nothing.  I've had my iphone for 2 years so don't think what could be the problem.  How can I get my emails sent to outlook and how can I get the annoying pop up box to stop appearing?  If I have to re - setup my e-mail in outlook, I have lost all my emails stored in folders under my Inbox?  Can you confirm the settings, I need a hotmail address to receive/send emails.

  I got a Samsung ATIV smart PC 500 t as a gift today and I'm going to be very difficult to implement. I tried on and off for about 14 hours now without success.  Here is what happened:

  I've updated the PC software told me to. (there was a brochure stating that I needed to update before using my keyboard dock)

  I put the PC by using a local account, because for some reason, he said it was impossible to add my Microsoft account I created today specifically for this PC.

  I tried several times to switch to the Microsoft account and I get the error message

  "Code: 0x800b0101.

  What does that mean? Why this is happening and what needs to be done to solve this problem?

  I also tried using the tiles, hoping maybe going this route would allow me access to my Microsoft account so that I can at least use the apps and what not.  When you try to open the store, I have this message: 'we are could not connect to the Bank. It could have happened due to a problem with the server or the network connect timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again. "I also tried via the contacts, messages and weather applications. Whenever I get similar error messages.

  Obviously, I'm not very savvy, connect my internet computer works correctly, I am able to access the various web pages (even if I get a warning message of security for each of them, which is very annoying).

  Anyway, I can't understand this. Does anyone have a tip or useful information? Can I use my PC.

  You can also try to create another user account on the computer as an administrator, log in there, then switch to a Microsoft Account.

  I use the latest version of Lightroom (5.5) and when I try to set up new user export presets, Lightroom keeps default 'e-mail' instead of 'hard drive '.  I am using Microsoft Outlook.  I just want to export small files in a folder on my hard drive to upload on a photography website that I belong to but Lightroom wants to email them instead.  I can't understand this strange behavior and why it does not work as it is supposed to.  I don't know if it's a problem of lightroom, an OS problem or a problem with Microsoft Outlook.  Thanks in advance.

  I had the same problem and I solved it by choosing post-processing-> after export-> Do nothing, instead of just leave it blank. It will be useful.

  If the software that came with your Dell printer that is even more important to get a CD, because you can't use the regular download if something goes wrong. I recommend you to contact Dell to see if they will provide a CD.

  Recovery methods:
   
  If you are running XP/SP3, then you should have a backup of your dbx files in the Recycle Bin (or possibly the message store), copied as bak files.
   
  To restore a folder bak on the message store folder, first find the location of the message store.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, the .dbx files are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in the Solution Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.
   
  Close OE and in Windows Explorer, click on the dbx to the file missing or empty file, then drag it to the desktop. It can be deleted later once you have successfully restored the bak file. Minimize the message store.
   
  Open OE and, if the folder is missing, create a folder with the * exact * same name as the bak file you want to restore but without the .bak. For example: If the file is Saved.bak, the new folder should be named saved. Open the new folder, and then close OE. If the folder is there, but just empty, continue to the next step.
   
  First of all, check if there is a bak file already in the message. If there is, and you have removed the dbx file, go ahead and rename it in dbx.
   
  If it is not already in the message, open the trash and do a right-click on the file bak for the folder in question and click on restore. Open the message store up and replace the .bak by .dbx file extension. Close the message store and open OE. Messages must be in the folder.
   
  If messages are restored successfully, you can go ahead and delete the old dbx file that you moved to the desktop.
   
  If you have not then bak copies of your dbx files in the Recycle Bin:

  A general warning to help avoid this in the future:
   
  Do not archive mail in default OE folders. They finally are damaged. Create your own folders defined by the user for mail storage and move your mail to them. Empty the deleted items folder regularly. Keep user created folders under 300 MB, and also empty as is possible to default folders.
   
  Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages.   There is no way to 'Transfer' or merge Apple ID.  Everything you have downloaded with a given ID is for always related to THIS specific ID.  Your only recourse if you want everything on 1 account specific, is to re-download that - if it were a purchase, you must buy it again.  If it was free (and still available), without issue.
