Trial versions do not work... UGH!

I am running 10.6.8 on a MAC laptop with a processor clocked at 2.66. I am trying to download a trial version of lightroom or photoshop. After you download the trial version and installation, the dialog box requires that I filled in a serial key. The selection of the EVALUATION VERSION option is grayed out. What's up with that? I tried to download PS 5 and Lightroom 4. Both programs require a serial key. They won't let me run the test. I'm running an older PS 4 trial. Is it possible that the programs are somehow something in the preferences to see which links back to an older version of the trial? Help!

    Sorry to hear that it still does not, from what you mentioned above in your post, it seems that there is a program on your machine that gives you this trouble.

    I recommend temporarily disabling your firewall system.

    Completely turn off your security program/antivirus and your internet security module installed on your browser as well.

    Now repeat the download and check, let us know if this helps.

    Customer support should tell you that you are unable to run the trial version after making substantial changes to your computer, such as resetting the clock. You cannot run the trial version on this computer again. If you have another computer (a laptop, for example), you can run it there. Alternatively, you can wait until the next version of Dreamweaver is released. You should be able to run the test from a different version.

    No announcement has been made on a new version of Dreamweaver, but it's almost a year since the last major version, so it might be pretty quickly.

    Office 2010 has nothing to do with the sound on your computer! Check if you get the sound default value for pc, I mean during the start or stop, you can check also from start-> settings-> Control Panel-> Sound.

    If you get no sound check for the audio drivers installed correctly start-> settings-> Control Panel-> system-> hardware-> device-> check management no yellow exclamation under his. If Yes, you will need to re - install the drivers for your sound card.
