  Try creating a new profile as a test to check whether your profile is the source of the problems.

  There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

  If the new profile works then you can transfer files from the old profile to the new profile, but make sure not to copy corrupted files.

  Not sure where you access under Windows, but it is the same as for a Mac. In a Mac leave your desktop CC app and go to your activity monitor and look for the CCLibrary process and stop it. Then restart your desktop app.

  I've read similar questions others have had to install the generator of the app and tried the fixes suggested, but am still installation issues.

  I downloaded the latest version of the App Builder (32.4 I think), and am in Mac OS X 10.7.5. When I try to install I get the error "Sorry, year error has occurred." The application could not be installed because the Installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installation of the author of the application program.

  Just out of curiosity, I tried to install the same file on another Mac (OS X running 10.10.2) and installed without problem. If the installation file seems fine.

  Depending on the system configuration required, my 10.7.5 system must supports installation, so I don't know what else to try.

  Someone knows a problem where a computer launches the application "change user account control settings?  We are dev work on multiple PCs and need to disable this feature.  Normally, I would run the UAC and just drag the bar down, but I can't even the application to load.  I even tried running: C:\Windows\System32\userAccountControlSetings.exe and it does nothing.

  Well, I was not able to understand why the window UAC doesn't appear, however, I managed to disable UAC via the local policy settings.  For reference purposes:

  1. Start > run > gpedit.msc
  2. Computer configuration > Windows settings > security settings > local policies > Security Options
  3. Then define:
  4. User account control: behavior of the guest of elevation for administrators in Admin Approval Mode – set its value toElevate without asking for confirmation.
  5. User account control: detect application installations and prompt for elevation - set its value todisabled.
  6. User account control: only elevate the UIAccess applications that are installed in secure locations - set its value todisabled.
  7. User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode - set its value todisabled.

  I suggest that you try to run the file system (CFS) Checker scan to check all the corruption of .dll files.

  1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.
  2. Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
  3. In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

• I did updates in Bridge and Photoshop but now Camera Raw custom to treat my D610 Nikon RAW files.  I did the update this morning, ACR still does not.  Help!

  Help, please.  Last night, I did the update prompted by my subscription creative cloud and files where viewable and editable in Bridge and Camera Raw yesterday cannot be converted today.  Small thumbnails of some of the images are visible in the bridge, but not all.  And none are adjustable in Camera Raw.

  I restarted my PC.

  Still no change.  I did another update of the bridge and then restarted.

  No change.  I did the update to Camera Raw 9.1 then restarted.

  Still no change.

  It is huge for me time burden as I have jobs and assessments due.  Please tell me what to do.

  Support had me ctrl + alt pressed I open the bridge.  It has a reset option.  Once I reset and purge the cache location problem has been resolved.
