Tried to import IE Favorites and it failed. The 'import' in the file Menu is now grayed out. How to import IE now?
I am running Win 7 Home Premium on a 64-bit computer.
Firefox seems to work fine, except that I don't have my favorites of IE and now no way to import.
I would rather use Firefox as my browser.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in private - browsing using Firefox without saving the story mode (permanent)

To remove the items from right toolbar, click Tools at the top.
Then open the fall down to the accessibility or analyze and select 'delete the shortcut '.

I just thought of it. The layer was not selected in the layers palette. Once I chose it, everything I needed was not dimmed more.

Hello team,
First and After Effects crashed.
I tried to uninstall the utility (Mac OS). Uninstalled is not for them (which has worked for other applications).
I used the cleaning tool. It seems to work, but the uninstaller for first and AE in the utility remained.

Hi, I am Ganesh, I tried to installed the application using creative cloud. But seems it's taking too long to install the application and it is hit. After the installation of 42%. Still, I tried to restart my computer and re-install the application. But it is keep taking so long time and struck at the end of the installation of 42%.
If the installation process is stalled at 42 percent with no possibility of error, there is a problem with the zipped file to Extraction of downloaded in the Temp folder.
As a fundamental step. Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.
Delete the contents of the Temp folder:
Optional: it will be ideal to install software like Winrar, WinZip or 7-zip,., etc.
