Try to buy Adobe Creative Cloud subscription but can't
I type in all the information and press on submit and the page will load quickly and page restores typing me in my school. No drive appear under my account, I'm not loaded anywhere.
What can I do else? There are no messages saying payment failed, or it could not pass. The page reloads as if I had not yet order yet.

You can not buy CS5. Adobe sells only current products, i.e. CS6 or creative cloud. Creative cloud is a subscription model, which means that you rent the software as long as you want to use.

You can always buy CS6 outright, but it is 3 years late. Cloud is subscription only.
