Try to download adobe flash player, please help me.

Recently, I removed Adobe flash player of my programs.  Now I'm trying to re - install on my computer.  Every time I make an error message appears.  I searched through my files and adobe flash player does not exist.  I don't know if I'm missing something because I have videos that I need to display and I cannot.  Can someone help me please.

Sincerely,

Nicole
