Try to remove unused licenses of our account team

I am trying to remove a unused and not necessary of our team account CC license.

Apparently, you need to get in touch with the help to achieve this. I have been in contact three times now, referred to the wrong division, says he must get to the phone and I will be called directly and absolutely nothing has been done.

It really seems that it's ridiculously hard as we continue just pay for something that should not. As a small start-up, this is a massive problem and I lost hours now trying to get it rectified.

Why can't not an administrator just add or remove licenses as they see fit? More importantly, just how this sort so I don't have to keep coming here?

    You can delete seats of the licenses of the team after the first year or at the end of your contract. In the admin console, go to manage the team and click on the cross in the area of user status. You are then given the option to assign the license to a new user or withdraw the license. Remove the license takes effect after the first year of your contract. With the 3-year fixed price offer, you can remove even seats of the team at the end of the year.

    Please do these two simple things and the report on the results.

    A. report of the disc

    1 double click (or click, if it's in the start menu) Workstation

    2. for each drive (you must be at least 'disc' Local (c), right click and select Properties.  Report of the 'space used', 'Free space' and 'capacities '.

    B. know what is using the space

    1. get a USB that has at least 4 MB of space.  You can buy a 4 GB (this is 1,000 times more that you) thumb drive from Staples for $7.99 and connect it to your computer.

    2. download JDiskReport.  Go to http://www.jgoodies.com/downloads/index.html, make a right click on the link 'Win', choose ' save link under ', navigate to your USB key and save the file.

    3. in the installation: uncheck the 3 boxes on the screen "select components"; on the "Choose installation location" screen, click the Browse button and navigate to your USB key so that all the files will be installed on the USB.

    4. when the installation is complete, click on my computer, open the USB key, open the folder named JDiskReport and double-click on the file named jdiskreport - 1.3.2.jar (you don't see the .jar extension).

    5 scan C: and see what is taking place.

    You can connect to (http://www.adobe.com) with the Adobe ID (email) to the main admin and click on "" manage a team"" and will take you to the administration console CC Team. There, click on "'Add license'" and on the next page, select the desired product license and the number of licenses and it will show the price of the license.

    You can install and activate CC products on 2 computers with 1 Adobe ID (email), but can use only 1 computer at some point of time (not both at the same time).

    I've dealt with this for months and months, and it drives me crazy. I have my email from Comcast (IMAP) account as my email account (accessible via Macbook Pro running El Capitan and my iPad), and whenever I turn the e-mail or the computer wake from mode standby, he asks my Mail password (Comcast).     As you know that these are user forums, it is not a good idea to post your e-mail address on a public forum - I asked the host to remove it.

    What "information" do you want to go? You can transfer iTunes downloads to another account, or to merge accounts - all downloads are permanently associated with the account that has downloaded (if only this account can potentially re-download purchases, downloads of updates of its applications, authorize such purchases on iTunes from the computer, and make in-app purchases in them).

    Step 1:

    Because you can connect to the account administrator in safe mode, you can try to create a new safe mode administrator account and check.

    If still face problems, then you can try setting the default Administrator account and check if you can solve the problem.

    a. click the Start button

    (b) in the Start Menu, click all programs followed accessories

    c. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option

    d. in the drop-down menu that appears, click on the "Run as Administrator" option

    e. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked for permission before the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.

    f. in the command prompt window, type the command net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.

    g. close the elevated command prompt.

    h. log (in the Start Menu) and you will see your new administrator integrated next to your current account.

    i. click the photo icon display built-in Administrator account and connect to it.

    If the problem is resolved, then you can create a new administrator account and check.

    How can I get control back to a hacked Hotmail account?  The hacker took all ten "Alternate emal address" and whenever I change the password, the hacker somehow tha takes account back.  I'm guessing that he refuses the new change of password.

    I have all the appropriate information required to obtain a temporary password for Hotmail, but when I try to remove the fake "e-mail addresses" I am unable to do so.  Because the pirate took all ten, (which seems to be the limit), I can't add more email addresses or even a phone number.
