try to set the margins of a paragraph by simply dragging the limit margin and place it where I want. It works well in the old version. It won't work in Word 2007

In older versions of word, you can take the margin of each paragraph and just drag the dotted line to the location where you want the margin to be.
Word 2007 is so screwed up, I may never buy another MS product again.

How can I move paragraph simply margins to where I want without a HUGE concern?

Open MS Word 2007 > Page Layout > margins, make your choice. Margins custom, if you want more.
