Trying to add/remove program, is not being filled to continue the list
When add or remove some prgrams is initiated it is unable to fill the list.

You will need to buy another copy of XP 64 if that's what you want. Because Microsoft stopped selling Windows XP quite while ago - and XP 64 was never that popular anyway - it may be difficult to find and expensive.
