  The password is set in your router. Check with the router manufacturer as most have excellent
  online help to set a password as well as connection to the router. Also check in
  their forums (if any).

  Try this:

  Disconnect the AC

  Shutdown

  Remove the battery

  Connect AC

  Startup

  Open the Device Manager

  Click plus the sign (+) next to the category Batteries, all ads in 'Microsoft ACPI Control method battery compatible', then right-click and select uninstall in the dialog "Confirm device uninstall", click OK. (it's ok if you only have 1 of them).

  Click the plus (+) sign next to system devices.
  The "ACPI fixed features button ' right-click and choose uninstall. In the "Confirm device uninstall" dialog, click OK.

  Shutdown

  Disconnect the AC

  Insert the battery

  i wonder if theres color from any other laptop to HP Pavilion m4-1004tx Notebook PC... When I'm checking the web it shows that there were two color available for this model. One was black and the other was black with metallic linning on the side. What is the difference of the two in the spec or just the color?

  Different region will have produced different you can watch the last 4 characters to see the market for example, the number of product #ABC: Canada (French) (English) Canada #ABL, #ACF to the Japan (in English)... model 1004tx is on a region which means it can be any color available for this region, can be black or red...
