  I tried to install the demo of Premiere Elements on my Mac, but having errors at the beginning of the installation.

  Title bar of your error message indicates that you are installing content and no Core Application. Earlier, there was problem with the download link when the user tries to download Core Application then content is downloaded, but this issue has been resolved now. Please download again and then try to install the kernel first Application and let us know if issue still exist.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  I am running firefox 3.something, I think, and I keep trying to install the latest version on my mac. I have through save, open, drag the icon to my apps file... and when I drag my apps file, it takes a few seconds to do * something *, pings to me and then nothing after that. I try to open it and it tells me that I have to close firefox first, so I didn't (restart even) and when it opens again it still opens to the old version.

  Looks like you are trying to install the latest version by downloading it from the Mozilla site. What happens if you try and install by choosing Firefox > Firefox in the Menu bar? Yet you say that Firefox is not updated?

  Also, have you tried to uninstall Firefox using CleanMyMac or AppCleaner, for example and then install again? Please do not do this until you are satisfied you have saved all the information that you want to keep, first (passwords, etc.).
