  • My Turtle Beach PX24 micro does not work with my Y-50

Hello, I bought PX24 turtle beaches, and I tried to make them work with my Lenovo Y50.

The sound works perfectly well, there is absolutely nothing wrong for this, but when I try to use the microphone, it soley resumes on the internal mic and did nt did appear that I have an option for her.

The helmet itself uses a 3.5 mm combo jack plug, (meaning it has two separate plug-ins for microphone and headphones), I bought conversely that think the 2.5 mm jack spdif was the location of the microphone, but not luck

Can someone help me and give me a suggestion?

Please do not bind me here:https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-T400-T500-and-newer-T/Audio-combo-jack-vs-headphone-earphone-w...

It is to explain something that I already tried to HAV.

Your microphone works very well. I just saw, and I have the same icon for my microphone.

The icon in the recording devices is for your headset. To check that it is working try this,

Right-click on this icon, and then click Properties.

Go to the listen tab, check listen them this box of the device.

    Click on apply, click Ok.

Speak into the microphone and you should hear your voice.

  • Problem of HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC Turtle Beach headphones

Product name: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC, product number: QJ920AV #ABA, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit Service Pack 1

Hello, I use headphones from Turtle Beach X 12. They are USB headphones that connect both in the port of microhone and another audio port. When I connect everything well, sounds only once through the speakers of my laptop and not the helmet when playing music in Windows Media Player, Youtube, video games, ect.

How can I get the sounds and the voices of other players and myself to pass only through the headphones?

My friend who has the same computer has its own pair of X 12 and it has the same problem.

Acutally, I found the solution! I just had to move some default devices under sound options.

So when I'm done with them, I need them back each time.

  • Unable to play Turtle Beach headphones like Audio device by default

I recently bought a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook and, so far, have had no problems. I use Steam chat to speak to my friends while playing PC games. My cat of steam in my Turtle Beach headphones without problem, however, his game will play only through my speakers. I guess the problem is that my helmet is not defined as audio device by default. When I tried to put my headset as default device, I was unable to do so. I was wondering if anyone knew a solution to this problem or could offer any assistance whatsoever.

    My OS is Windows 7.
I reinstalled the sound drivers and you have run also the resolution of the Audio playback problems, which were the solutions that I found on this forum. None of them helped me to put my headset as default device.
    Thank you!

  • Map its Turtle Beach Riviera not recognized by Windows 7

Well, I had this problem for a long time, a little, since last March. I had a Nvidia 9400GT video card, and the same sound card and I thought it was a conflict between the two. I fell on the map here, tried everything I have said and nothing worked. I just fired my graphics card because they sent me a new one, said the other tested ok, I've always had problems. I bought another graphics, Nvidia GeForce GT 610 card and still the same problems.
At the beginning I used to get a blue screen, I forgot what I did and that solved, but my sound was funny anyway... now, the only issues I have are my sound. I've made a landmark with 3DMark the other day and it showed my old graphics card driver was installed yet, I don't see how because I used Driversweeper and cleaned before installing my new graphics card. I therefore installed, the correct driver and my sound went completely out when I try to reinstall the driver for my sound card, it will say "you need to install Turtle Beach Riviera, there is no device installed" or something like that. There are drivers for Windows 7 for the sound card, and I checked the Microsoft Compatibility page and it is said, should be nothing special that needs to be done for the installation. I learned today that it is said the sound card is 5v and I have PCI 2.3, which is 3.3V, if I'm not mistaken? But I thought that the slots would be different if it was not compatible.

I have a Foxconn AD7A - S3.0, an AMD Phenom II x 4 965 processor, G.Skill DDR3 1334 8gigs, Western Digital 250 G SATA 600 hard drive, Lexmark 2400 printer and that's all that I am connected. I had a keyboard and a Microsoft Wireless mouse, but I thought at one point he was causing problems, so I got rid of them and now just a keyboard and a USB Logitech mouse.

When I look in Device Manager, Turtle Beach R Wave has a yellow asterisk next to her and when I look in properties that it says, "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) ».  If I watch the 'Details' and open the drop down and look "Problem Code" it shows 00000034.

Oh, also a few months ago, I did an update on Windows and my sound came out, I did a restore before the update and I got my sound back, but it does not work as before with Windows XP 5.1 all the time should be. I had Windows XP before I installed 7 in March.

In fact, I just watched, and my previous post on this issue is still there: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-system/nvidia-geforce-9400-gt-pci-windows-7-constant/47cd46a4-6746-418c-ba2e-eda2bb13cedb

You would be well enough to mark this as a 'Response' please. Thank you.

  • Hey guys I have a problem with my turtle beachs x 11 headset PC problem?

Hey guys I have a problem with my turtle beachs x 11. I think that his problem of windows as it does say not connected when I pluged clearly on the front I see this using sound Manager in Control Panel. Only until you get the sound is to use the part of the Atrium is where I replace my listing of speaker with the turtle beachs taken for the helmet and it dosent read my forehead has the helmet thing and does not with headsets and its really annoying, so what is the problem you ask I can't use the front of a helmet branch so I need the change of the back 100% of the time and I need to switch between the headset and the speaker the only time where the before work is when I remove the speaker jack on the back and then I used his Manager in the control panel and it counts it as a speaker. I want to ask I want it where I can have my speakers work in the back and the front, I can have my headphones and when I want to spend in the speakers and just unplug the headphone part in front of the help I can't keep my pc like this: /.

What kind of PC you are using? Home build or OEM (DELL, HP, etc.)?
    -If the house built.
The cable between the Panel before you must have two different connectors to the motherboard.
You must use the right connector, as we'll pass the speakers turned off when you the helmet
is plugged into the front panel and the other not.

If OEM - check support or forums from the mfg.

  • Unable to get turtle beaches of audio recording.

    [Portable HP W / Turtle Beach x 12 & Windows 8]

[Helmet has the pink and green cables connected via a headphone splitter RadioShack]

[Audio still works and when I talk I can hear in the headphones]

I would first off the coast with I've been looking around for a while and seen a lot of similar questions to mine but none of the fixes I tried worked so maybe I have a fundamentally different problem then others.

My problem is that I want to record the audio of my turtle beach headset and that cannot be done through Camtasia, recording software I use, so I downloaded Audacity. Now when I watched "How to use Turtle beaches with boldness" he looked simple enough. Nominees only "Beaches of the turtles" in the Audacity record section. But... Who does not appear for me.

Also made no. WHERE on my PC is there any mention of the turtle beaches, although I can hear the audio very well, and Skype works perfectly with them. (Although the current headphones I use are ddifferentfrom those that I have Skype with they are the same exact type of Turtle Beach, I'm just a friend with him) Or maybe I just thought Skype worked perfectly and all the time it's just used my microphone internal?

But in all the videos ive seen beaches turtles would still be in beaches of turtles in the menu "device" and the sound. For me, I actually found what I believe to be the Turtle beaches: top left you can see the "helmet of communication"(ce même appareil est indiqué dans l'onglet"Lecture"dans le détroit ainsi) and those who are what I think are the turtle beaches, even so unlike other people I saw just "." , they are called Turtle beaches. And on the top right you can see the recording tab and it says "Currently unavailable" microphone with now, I'm not even sure if this is still the record of the beaches part turtle because when I tweak yesterday evening trying to solve this problem, they became just 'Unplugged' instead of unavailable and they were connected. I also tried turning off the other recording devices and I even uninstalled the stereo mix... It wasn't a good idea. But that is fixed now. I also tried affecting the default microphone and its properties of opening and stuff and there is a single tab "Général" tab it is no Advanced tab or whatever it is. And for the good of your time and the length of this question I'll take another screenshot.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? All I want to do is record my voice in the headphones, but sound not picked up and the reason why I'm here and not elsewhere as the Audacity forums is I am sure its a problem with my computer does not recognize it as a microphone or just not at all, personally, I don't know.

  • Turtle beaches do not work with the Windows 8 Office

I just finished setting up my new office, which is an IBuyPower Gamer Extreme NE721i desktop PC (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227443). Until now it works well, HOWEVER, the headset only captures all the sounds and I can barely hear. I have all the sounds setting maxed out: setting of the beach of the turtle, the volume of funds and the volume of the mixer. Yet, I can barely hear a thing. Also, the microphone is not detected...
There are no drivers for it or something?

The headset works very well on both Xbox and my computer laptop windows 7, but not this one... why?
Specifically, I'm trying to use it for TS3 (which I do on my laptop), but apart from that, the headphones work even with other programs or applications.
So, how can I get my headset and microphone to work on this machine?
    Thank you

Someone at - it a little luck? I'm having the same problem.

I didn't uninstall the audio drivers junky, I had, then installed Realteks audio drivers instead.

  • Turtle beach Px51 bluetooth headset does not not with dongle bluetooth on windows 7

It became quite annoying. I checked for updated on the bluetooth dongle drivers. It connects, but he acts like he wants to use it as a phone. I try to connect and use it as a wireless headset for my III game of Call of Duty: Black ops, but I can't seem to recognize my mic at all. The microphone works because I can talk on the phone with her very well. It just won't let me connect the microphone to the computer. Can someone help me with this?

That's how I got my Bluetooth microphone to work...

    On a Windows 8.1 System...

1.) button press Windows + x select COMPUTER MANAGEMENT.

2.) expand SERVICES and APPLICATIONS, and SERVICES.

3.), search for the BLUETOOTH SERVICES and click on "RESTART the Service" on the left. Do this for all the Bluetooth services, one by one. In addition, you can also RESTART the WINDOWS AUDIO Service, just to be safe.

4.) then go to control panel > hardware and sound > manage Audio devices. Your HEADSET is now accompanied by a HELMET in the playback Menu and a HELMET will also be visible in the REGISTRATION Menu, which is essentially your Microphone.

I hope that helps... !!! Nice day..

  • The device cannot start code 10 - Pla of Turtle beach

Good, then all convenience stores and sites Web is telling me to re-install my drivers and restart. But the headset still does not work, the Device Manager just says "device cannot start (code 10)". This is after I reinstalled the drivers and rebooted several times. SO im stuck in a loop of told to reinstall the drivers, reinstall them and then told to the reinstall them again! Nobody seems to have a solution for the 10 Code, please help!

Thanks for the reply! However I fixed it!

I was really stupid with my good treatment. Everything I needed was audio input for headphones via a left/right audio cable (red/white ones). I was completely stupid. Well I fixed it!

    See you soon,.

    Harry. :)

Edit: in other words, it wasn't a driver issue, it's that I didn't have the correct wiring, now I do. So it's fixed!

IDT Sound Drivers (IDT High Definition Audio Codec):

Speakers integrated into the laptop: they its OK but not as they did in point 8.1 of Windows.

    I've tested on the following:

    Music (sounded OK)
Played a Youtube video (sounded OK)
Played a video that I recorded on my PC (its OK)
Played a show or a movie on Netflix (sounded OK)

I plugged my Z11 of Turtle Beach headset in my other sisters that has Windows 10 HP (she has upgraded to Windows 7) and my Z11 of Turtle Beach headset resembled Mono Stereo Instead of.

It is also plugged into his ear and they looked like Mono Stereo Instead of.

I tested another helmet my Turtle Beach Headset (This Headset plugs into the USB Port) P11 The Sound is perfect it sounds like stereo and not like Mono.

However when I spoke into the microphone, I could hear my voice coming through the headset speakers (mainly the hearing talk me)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried the sound of setting here is what I tried:

I uninstalled IDT audio driver I went into Control Panel and uninstalled the IDT Audio driver.

Then I restarted my computer and I reinstalled the drivers of HP's Windows 8.1.

After restarting my computer again, I checked to see if everything was back to normal, but it is not yet sounded even.

When I right click on the "speaker" icon and then choose playback devices here is what was posted:
    The top unit is called:
Its digital display (AMD high definition Audio Device) not connected
    OK, this is Normal.

    The central device is called:
Speaker / device by default HP (IDT High Definition Audio Codec)
OK, this device is also Normal.

    The background feature is called:
Communication by default communication device Headphones (IDT High Definition Audio Codec)
OK in Windows 8.1 this device has been disabled by default but in Windows 10 it is activated and listed as default communications device.

So I thought that if I just disabled it my Turtle Beach P11 helmet would return to normal, but it didn't she sounded still, I even restarted my computer.

OK, so I tried to set the Communications headset as device by default but when I right click and click on set as default device it wouldn't let me.

I then disabled speaker / HP and tried to set it as default device it wouldn't let me.

When I disabled speaker / HP Groove Music said he could not detect an Audio device in order to activate the speaker / HP and people with disabilities
    Helmet of communication.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A temporary Solution:

After you have solved the problem by reading through countless messages try every difficulty that none of them I went into Control Panel and he took a glance at the the Dolby Advanced Audio Control Panel now I never tested with this before so far but I was able to fix the Audio questions here is exactly what I did :

When you use your built-in Laptop speakers or possibly other speakers:
Right-click on start (the white Windows icon located to the left of the bottom of your screen)
    Click on Control Panel
    Click on hardware and sound
    Click Dolby Advanced Audio
    Click on listening experience
    Check Dolby Advanced Audio

    I've tested on the following:
    Play music (sounded great)
Played a Youtube video (sounded great)
Played a video that I saved on my PC (sounded great)
Played a show or a movie on Netflix (sounded great)

When you use your headset from Turtle Beach Z11 or possibly other headphones:
Right-click on start (the white Windows icon located to the left of the bottom of your screen)
    Click on Control Panel
    Click on hardware and sound
    Click Dolby Advanced Audio
    Click on listening experience
Uncheck Dolby Advanced Audio now, your headset should ring loud instead of sound like Mono and stereo and crappy.

    I've tested on the following:
    Play music (sounded great)
Played a Youtube video (sounded great)
Played a video that I saved on my PC (sounded great)
Played a show or a movie on Netflix (sounded great)

You need to keep the box checked when you use your built-in Laptop speakers, otherwise they will sound like Mono and crappy.

So basically when you plug in your headphones uncheck the box.

So basically when you disconnect your headset check box.

If you have messed with the implementation in and want to return to the default value:
    Click Advanced settings
    Click on Reset

This has been corrected by James Yerkes on Microsoft Community:

    Open regedit.exe

    Navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\Install

Note it's the LOCAL MACHINE, not the CURRENT USER.

Search for a key in the installation folder called DeleteUserSettingsOnUpgrade

Double click and change the value to 0

Now go back in the Panel of Synaptics, put all how you like and restart.

in any case if someone has problems with Windows 10 Post here and I'll see if I can help you but I recommend resetting your PC in recovery Menu so that most of the problems will be solved then I would install all my drivers from the manufacturer.

I am currently using window 8.1 1 driver from AMD and HP drivers.

This may not work for everyone, but if you have the same laptop and headphones I don't then it should work.

I posted this as well on Microsoft Community:
