I would say that your hard drive is defective and must be replaced. Back up your data on external media files if you can. If this is not the case, do not use the computer. If you leave you will be able to recover the data files later. You get a steady stream of these reports:

Log name: System

Source: Ntfs

Date: 04/09/2015-04:14:50

Event ID: 55

Level: error

Description:

The file system on the disk structure is corrupted and unusable. Please run chkdsk on the volume of OS utility.

These reports are interspersed with event ID: 26 reports.

Running chkdsk can fix, but the problem will continue to happen. Yesterday, I posted a list of Wininit Source reports showing the number of times you have run chkdsk since March 7, 2015. The hard drive needs to be replaced.

  • Two similar computers blue-screening for 3 months on a daily basis

    Hi all

    I have two workstations Dell Inspiron (Windows 7) put in place for a small business to point of sale. In December the two computers began blue-screening and restart the mid-day up to 4 times. (We do well more than one). Because even if the computers are similar models, they were purchased a few months apart, for this reason I think that a hardware problem is very unlikely.

    What I did:

    I looked in the newspapers, I discovered that, for each kernel power event, there was a bug control error.  There are two different values hexa% 0x000000d1 and 0x0000000a. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL respectively.

    I used the BlueScreenView program to display data in the minidump files:

    Here is an example of the result of BlueScreenView for 0x0000000a

    Day before yesterday, I diagnosed as a driver Realtek LAN obsolete and updated the driver. Bug control did not happen again, but I'm not convinced he is gone for good again.

    Thanks for any help,

    If this driver update does not resolve the problem, you will know soon enough. Best time to leave a few days and use of computers on a daily basis prove or disprove / convince that his party for good.

    Today, about 2 hours ago, I've changed my cell phone store for the third time. Why?

    because I got a BSOD when I use the laptop in the first 30-40 minutes. This is the third laptop to go this way and it's really driving me crazy. I need instant soultion, whether the material in the model or a software problem.

    This is the first time to buy an HP laptop and I can tell I'm not happy at all.

    Here are the specs:

    HP dv6-3173 Red Core i7 720QM

    1.6 GHZ, 6 MB, 4 GB, 500 GB, ATI HD 5650

    1 GB 15.6 inch

    I can make the blue screen has been

    IRQL not less or equal. I heard that you can get the full report of "Event Viewer" but I'm a novice in softwaring of the computer and equipment please fewer big words. and please help,

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

    You are right.  If you get BSOD in Mode without fail, it is usually a good indication of a hardware problem - I definetely laptop back, however given that you had this problem with the previous two, maybe it's an idea to try a different model.

    Hope you get this sorted out.

    Kind regards

  • Qosmio G10: Blue screen shot and later endless reboot

    Hello!

    I found similar topics on this problem, but they were locked and left unanswered.

    My problem is this: I have not changed of _anything_ in the BIOS for a log time. I have not installed new software or hardware lately. And I have not damaged my computer or anything like that. A few days ago I read a Web page when my computer turns off suddenly. It turned on automatically, then it asks me how to restart... count up to normal restart... the blue screen of death... restarts, wonder how... I choose "Safe Mode"... BSOD. I press F8 and try all possible options, but the result is always the same.

    A blue screen indicates: "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" or something like that. I'll send more information about blue screens later and more machine ID.

    If someone has any idea what happed and how this could be fixed, do not hesitate to write.

    I can't access Windows and I won't use CD recovery (yet) because I need to save some data to the HARD drive first.

    I say it's all simply amazing. Graphics card a year ago broke down (blue/green vertical lines, fans are going full throttle) and now this! This is the 2nd time in two years when Qosmio brokes suddenly.

    Ok. Here's some additional context information.

    My laptop Qosmio G10-105, model PQG10E-01D016FSR. After disassembly I was not able to access the windows more - not again. Several times that I managed to get into SafeMode so far, I was able to see the text "Safe mode" in every corner of the Welcome screen, but then it crashes. Once or twice the same in normal mode, Windows on the Welcome screen appears, but then it crashes immediately. In these crashes, blue screen says "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" or 'PFN_LIST_CORRUPT' and landfills fysical memory on disk.

    If she does not get there and computer falls down at the beginning (even if the Windows loading screen) it restarts all computer instantly. Sometimes, he does not screen blue but says the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM. This error can appear four or five times in a row then it tries to start normally, but blue screen crashes again.

    I can't find any logic in the accident, nor a way to avoid. It seems that various errors appear randomly. I would like to know if it is a crash HARD drive or something else. Other information are also welcome.

  • Blue-screen HP laptop issues

    Hi, I'm having a bad problem blue screen with my computer hp dv6-1245dx laptop.  I'm stuck on a blue screen at very random times, starting with an appearance a few months ago, followed two months with no problems, then some crashes in a row of three weeks, followed three weeks of good use.  Over the past three days the occurrences are practically every 10 to 20 mintues, randomly, and they need a few minutes to wait before it will turn the crank upward again.  (If I do not expect this shortly, it will crank but it throws a black error screen saying "No operating system found") I'm afraid this is some hardware problem, like HD about to give default.  I ran the Diag.exe Image from the first post on this forum and have this available newspapers cab file.  I also have a picture of the blue screen (it's the same thing every time, the error is a STOP: 0x000000F4).  Please notify.

    Hey robwats83,

    If the test fails the drive needs to be replaced. There are bad sectors on the drive that can cause an accident at any time at random.

    The fact that the PC works now only tells you that a good amount of sectors are in decent condition, but once again, this could crash completely at any time and you want to be ready for it. It's a bit like a small chip paint on a car. It looks good at first but it gets out of control fast.

    You have your saved information, which is great, most of the people do not get this chance before a crash. Replace the reader of that time isn't really necessary, but should be done as soon as POSSIBLE, so you're not in the middle of something when it finally dies.

    I hope this helps!

    I'm not a computer expert, so please exscuse me, 3 days ago, the computer kept freezing, I am running a packard bell intel celeron with windows vista, I have norton anti virus so I don't think my problem is the apparent virus, first Frost was intermittent but after an hour or two , all froze and wouldn't respond, I disconnected the power and he started upward, repair of windows says something along the lines of stacking and told me I had to check my drivers, I rebooted and was able to get back on but after a few minutes it kept freezing up again I went through the process and finally managed to put online, a message popped up on my screen telling me to update vista to service pack 2, I did, the computer seems to work very well so I thought that the problem has been resolved, yesterday when I turned on the same thing happened, yet once I went through the process and finally got the computer to work after several attempts , it would start up then restart itself or sometimes the screen would be just black and nothing would happen, the computer would be buzz but anything in life. yesterday after finally getting to turn on another message came up saying there are 31 important updates for vista, I downloaded once again of course it seremed work very well and I thought it was fixed, but unfortunately not yet today the same thing happens when I arrived to start the computer I decided to write the blue screen messages that include

    0x0000007E (0xc0000005 0x806a0c04 0x803995ec 0x803992e8) acpi.sys - address 806A0C04 base at 80 68 B000
    After that a long stay him to start it in safe mode, which took 2 hours is the same in safe mode, just frozen, I tried again and got to work in safe mode and it froze again and finally I managed to get to the top and works normally, I really have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it I managed to save important things like the photos that I have the impression that he wants to die, I even tried the system restore which is nothing because when it updated 2 days ago, it wipe all old restore points and so I absoloutley no way to restore to a point before he decides to drop , I have not downloaded new software in the last months have so no idea what could the cause of the problem, please help, and remember that while I can work around the basics I'm not an expert so please try to keep it simple :)

    Event Viewer reports

    1. normally, when an error occurs on your computer looking in Event Viewer should be your starting point to find a solution. More related system errors are recorded and get an exact copy of the relevant report is important. Unfortunately, is not easy to understand reports and most of the users computer need help with their interpretation. I have to say later interpretation.

    2 Event Viewer includes three main newspapers of Windows. Here's the Application, security, and system. For purposes of troubleshooting system is by far the most important.

    3. to access the system log, select Start, Control Panel, administrative tools, Event Viewer, in the list on the left of the window select Windows and the system logs. Place the cursor on the system, right click and select filter current log. Check the front of the error and click OK and see you only reports errors. Click the Date and time column header to sort. You may need to click a second time to see the last report above.

    4. a tip for posting copies of error reports! Run Event Viewer and double-click the error you want to copy. Select the Details tab and check the box in front of the XML view. Click the copy button to place a copy in the Clipboard and close Event Viewer. Now start your message and paste it into the body of the message. Make sure that it is the first dough right out of the event viewer.

    5. He cautioned against three types of reports, information, and reports errors. In most situations, it is the error reports that offer the best information but sometimes WARNING reports provide useful clues.

    6. all reports have stamps date and hour and when troubleshooting, it is important to focus on the latest reports. Reports of studies from the point when the computer is started, and then check if a similar report appeared in the previous session. If errors do not repeat investigation as to why they happen is wasted effort.

    7. in the individual reports the most important information is the event ID and Source such as these help when looking for help on the internet. The description is just as important and copy the exact text to use as search criteria greatly helps achieve better results when using Google. Not paraphrase descriptions when other people asking for help.

    Hi, the last two days, I had two blue screens to come completely a prompt, whenever I was doing nothing more to search the web, the major changes only I did both in a row until the blue screens is to install the latest versions of Java and Quicktime it which I have now uninstalled and although I write this after you have uninstalled only 20 minutes ago , I have so far had no problem and freezing that happens too, because I installed it is not happened, I have not uninstalled Java that I installed Quicktime, a few days after and it was after this I had problems, although this may have solved the problem I want to know if I can do to see if there are problems for example registry check etc.

    Thank you

  • Whenever I start my computer, I get the blue screen of death. I'm not getting in what concerns the opening of session and there is no prompt to start in safe mode. Whenever I start my computer the error code and message on blue screen are different.

    I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I was on the internet when my computer screen turned blue and a message told me that a problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down. He said that I had tried to do something with memory executable not executable (I don't have a note of the code). He said as he poured out memory. Now, whenever I start, the blue screen of death gives me different messages and different error codes. Today, he says:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    and codes of error STOP: 0x0000000A (0x0000001B, 0 x 00000600, 0x810A90B0, 0x00000001).

    PC World say that they need to reinstall Windows, but I have some really really important files on there that I have not supported (I know, really stupid on my part) and they said they cannot guarantee their recovery. Is there another way to fix it?

    I've been on the forums and suggestions involve me to be able to connect to my computer. Blue screen hits me before I can log on, and there is no prompt to start in safe mode.

    Thank you very much!

    Try this to save your data:

    Data recovery:

    1. slave of your hard drive in another computer and read/save your data out there.

    2. put your Hard drive in a USB hard drive case, plug it into another computer and read/save from there.

    3 Alternatively, use Knoppix Live CD to recover data:

    http://www.Knopper.NET/Knoppix/index-en.html

    Download/save the file Knoppix Live CD ISO above.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
    Download the Vista software from the link above.
    After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.
    Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.
    Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1 in the boot order.
    Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.
    When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.
    Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.
    Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
    Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.
    See you soon.
    We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
    WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
    If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
    You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
    If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)
    I was browsing Reddit when all of a sudden my laptop decided NOPE and closes everything down to make an update. It was 03:00 so I wasn't thinking straight and closed on the rise and went to bed. The next day, while in the class my phone showed me a blue screen with some writing for everything... long enough not to read what was then asked if I wanted to start in different security modes. I thought that this could be because I interrupted an update and I tried to run Windows Update, but it will still not open.   I can't access anything whatever, and I have a paper in four days... Help, please!
    We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
    WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
    If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
    You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
    If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)
  • blue screen nvlddmkm.sys for nVidia GeForce 9500 M on studio dell XPS 1340. recently upgradeed to windows 7, fine for a while but now cela and has many problems: BSOD, freezing, CPU utilization more... I DO __HOW FIX IT?
    Hi, well bad get right to it. I have a dell studio XPS 1340 and have recently upgraded to Windows 7 last week. everything was fine until last Monday. When I switched high performance mode for my battery, my nVidia card also goes to Boost Performance. but this time, I got a blue screen with this:
    nvlddmkm.sys
    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    Since then I tried to update the video driver from the dell site and even the nVidiasite. one of them gives me a blue screen as soon as I get to the windows login screen. and the other divides my GeForce 9500 M into its two parts > GF 9400 MG + GF 9200 AMS. When this happens, I can't use the nvidia Control Panel and I can't go to boost performance. I have uninstalled and installed these drivers in safe mode too, but no luck. I system restored before the weekend, when everything was fine, but still the same problem. so now, I have the driver 8.15.11.8633 version
    other side effects I've noticed is that Skype does not work either. When I first upgraded to win 7, Skype has worked well. but now, when I run a video or normal call, my computer completely freezes. In addition, the games I play seem to decrease in performance. I used to be able to play very good Burnout Paradise, but now there is a significant drop in fps. also, the computer seems to use more cpu and heats more quickly. The battery life has decreased too. and when I use windows media center to connect with my xbox360, my phone freezes when I try to access a video.
    I tried the diagnostics start and the only problem was:
    Error code: 0F00:133 media suitible C Msg:No drive is present
    and today, I used the windows debugger and it came with it. im sure this is good information, but I don't know how interperate it. Please help and thanks in advance!
    Hi anchit02,
    Thanks for posting.
    The page fault has a high probability to be RAM or hard drive related.
    You can test the computer memory using the memory diagnostic tool.
    You can start the memory Diag tool by clicking the ORB start and type 'Memory diagnostic tool' in the search box, clicking on the entry that is displayed.
  • Constant blue screen Interrupt_Exception_Not_Handled restart
    I have a PC built home that went very well with random blue screens here and there for about a year. Recently, I noticed that the RAM has been installed correctly, which means two RAM sticks 8 GB total were in two layers of different colors. I ran windows memory check, and he said that memory has been corrupted once and then never again. I replaced the RAM stick in the corresponding channel on the other stick and the comp ran well for 3 days, then began to blue screen. I then uninstalled one of the RAM sticks and the computer ran perfectly for 2 weeks without blue screens. 2 days after a good windows I turn on the computer and it blue screens with error unhandled exception stop after 30 seconds with nothing else than the substantive programmes normal running. Now the computer does whenever I turn it on about 25-30 seconds after I log in to windows it will crash with the same error same addresses. I tried to change the RAM sticks, a stick in one channel, the other in the same channel, then tested again, still the same error of different channels. Safe mode works and scan sfc indicated no invalid file. CHKDSK has also indicate the correct memory. I don't know what happened. I tried to access memory dumps for display on skydrive, but the computer crashes too quickly.
