• Two wifi routers EA6200 having connection problems.

  I had a single wifi router configuration EA6200 and it was working fine but it has not reached the corner of my house. I decided to buy a second EA6200 in an attempt to expand coverage wifi and nothing else that problems have had since then. I tried several configurations and there are always questions where wifi is either very slow or cut all together. I tried to configure the routers by using the options listed in the manual. We'll call it the router connected directly to the modem ROUTER1 and ROUTER2 upstairs router.

  I connect both routers via a power adapter line I used for a while since I rent and can't pass the cables through the walls. I have one of the LAN ports on ROUTER1 connected to port WAN on ROUTER2 and ROUTER2 clipping value. I tried with ROUTER2 get his address IP of ROUTER1 automatically and I also tried to set a static IP address on ROUTER2, but I always had connection problems. I also tried one of the LAN ports on ROUTER1 connecting to one of the LAN on ROUTER2 ports. I put a static IP address on ROUTER2 and disabled DHCP.   Again, the problems I encounter are failure intermittent wifi where it disconnected completely from the wifi but will reconnect then slow connection speeds not long after but also intermittent. Also, I have several chromecast dongles on the TVs in my house and they also periodically lose the connection to the network and have a lot of buffering issues. These problems disappear with a single connected router. I also tried to reset both routers and disconnect and plug my modem at the factory.

  All the ideas, because I don't see anything else to try?

  Not quite. All SSIDs 4 must be different. You can be the cause of the camera jump back using the same ssid. So it could be xxxxx_24p and xxxxx_24s and even for the 5 GHz. xxxxx_5p and xxxxx_5s

  I have a dell Latitude 10 that I had just upgraded to Windows Pro 8.1, everything seems to work fine except for the LAN on the docking port, I tried all the old and latest versions of the drivers 7500LANUSB out there with no success to get it to work properly.  All the other ports in the station properly.  I also tried with another Dell Latitude 10 w\ Windows 8 and works very well.  Also with another Tablet that has Windows 8.1 with the same result as the first with not able to use the connection to the LAN on the dock.   PLEASE HELP ME!  I have 93 of these devices that we will upgrade to Win 8.1 via WDS, but it can't happen until this is resolved.

  I confirmed that a tablet of 10 Latitude running Windows 8.1 is able to connect to a wired LAN docked. I was able to get a valid IP address with the unit that I was testing.

  Have a look in Device Manager and make sure that your driver LAN7500 looks like this:

  

  You may completely uninstall and then reinstall the driver of LAN7500 of time management devices and programs and features.

  all I bought the NB200 & I'll put up the wireless connection. Everything seemed fine, but now I'm in trouble.
  On the network connections page, it shows the network connection wireless as "not connected".

  On the Network Setup Wizard, it shows the connection of wireless (atheros AR9285 adapter) & the connection to the LAN (Realtek) but says that they are disconnected.

  Any advice on where to go next would be very appreciated. (FYI, the modem is Speedtouch ST585)

  I m not a NB200 owner but one of my friends has a NB300 and there was an option in the BIOS which enabled and disabled the Wlan
  Check in BIOS if this option is available in your case too

  Not sure how it happened. But DW will update is no longer my remote server. the remote page on the FTP server connection works without a hitch. I have the remote IP, set up as http:192.168.0.11/ (for example), but when I go to download the file, it wants to update remotely http://ipaddress/C: / wamp/www/webfolder/file. Odd.

  Thanks for the suggestion, but configuring FTP checked OK. in fact he did a test of the thin connection all the time. Maybe it had to do with memory cache on my computer? in any case, I liquidated DW, restarted the program and the download Panel works great.

  Our database is 10.2.0.3 with 2 RAC nodes. Our database servers are MS 2003 R2. Recently, we moved our database on different servers in the other location. Say that we pitch A, B and C.
  A - the location for the database users understand me.

  C - the new location of the db.
  
  Location B and C are in the same city but different places. A and B are located in different cities. I was told that there is no direct link between A and C and the link between A and C must pass through B. Since the move we have experienced the problem of connectivity of database between A and C. Some users got "ORA-03113: end of file on the communication channel. For me, I constantly "ORA-03135: connection lost contact" Sqlplus or Toad if I leave my session idle for an hour or more, no matter if it uses dedicated or shared connection. We also asked our network administrator to make sure that there is no firewall between the two and we have also added KeepAliveTime and KeepAliveInterval the new db server record. We also have a TAR with Oracle.

  Connections this time-out when left idle for an hour feels very strongly to a firewall issue. The fact that you are going through Site B and cannot connect directly to Site c. imply strongly that there is a firewall at Site C. Since B can communicate with C, I would bet that there is a hole in the firewall allows connections between B and C. But firewalls commonly kill idle connections after a timeout: you would need to talk to the administrator of the firewall to determine how to configure the firewall to allow connections to be idle indefinitely.

  Twice in the space of a few days our internet connection has been disabled. System Restore solve the problem - temporarily. It would be good to know exactly which file is causing the problem.

  I applied all the updates of Windows 7 on 5 computers and encountered no problems.  You use McAfee antivirus by chance?  There was an update for that because of the problems of Internet access for some.  Check with McAfee, if you use that.

  I can connect to the ASA from outside with the Anyconnect client, split tunneling works well unfortunately I can't ping anything inside the network, VPN subnet: 255.255.255.0, inside the 192.168.64.x 255.255.255.0 subnet 10.0.70.x

  When connecting from the outside, cisco anyconnect is showing 192.168.64.0/24 in the tab "details of the trip.

  Use your internal subnet ASA as its default gateway? If this isn't the case, it will take a route pointing to the ASA inside the interface.

  You can perform a packet - trace as:

• Satellite Pro C850 - strange problem with LAN connection

  I just signed up on this forum because I hope you guys can help me with a really strange problem.

  I recently bought a Satellite Pro C850-1MX
  It came with Win8, but given that I don't really like Win8, I bought an additional Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) license and installed on the laptop.

  The problem I describe, also arrived on 8 to win, which makes it even more strange.

  As soon as I connect a cable to the RJ-45 port, Windows tells me, that the LAN connection is not connected.
  As soon as I unplug the cable, Windows starts looking for a network and actually found one!

  So, the only way to connect to my LAN cable is... I have activate the LAN connection, wait that it detects a network (without the cable connected!) and meanwhile to connect the cable to the network port.
  Now... If I disconnect the cable once again, Windows still shows its connected.

  I must say, that I am a Director of professional network for more than 10 years now, so I should know my systems, but this never happened to me before. Event log shows nothing, re-installing drivers did nothing either. IM quite confused here and I hope you guys can help me.

  To be honest I confused m.

  I would try to start talking about the drivers installed, since you changed the system for Win 7.
  All the network devices, such as card WLan and LAN card are properly recognized in Device Manager?

  As I m not wrong not the laptop was equipped with a network card Realtek-8111F (1000BASE-T/100Base-TX/10Base-T) and WLan RTL8723AE Realtek b/g/n card.
  If both should appear in the device properly Manager if you have installed the drivers correctly.

  Are you sure that you speak of LAN and WLAN?
  For me it made no further since. If the network cable is unplugged, the notebook would connect to the WLan where WiFi is enabled.

  Unplug the cable LAN and switch ON the WLan.
  Usually the laptop would use the LAN connection if LAN cable is connected and LAN is active.
