  To get USB 2.0 ports work, you must install the AMD chipset driver (... it's part of the package of display driver)

  Regarding the brightness function key:
  You must install the VAP (value added package) in order to use the FN keys.

  This is normal since the codec that is used to record the audio/video on webcam is optimized for broadcast on the internet and not really to make a professional video recording.

  Another suggestion would be to update ALL the drivers and software from your system and probably install a codec pack (google for the K-lite codec pack which is really awesome) perhaps it optimizes something.
  And check how many applications is running or is open because your system might be slowed if too many applications are running in the background that influences the speed recording and synchronization of the audio and video from your webcam.

  Webcams are usually a bit slow, so Don t you worry, do as I told you and that's all.
