  I am also having this problem. It wouldn't be a problem except my fonts via TypeKit are synchronized with CC so when I open a document using one, it can not sync and there is nothing on the screen DC that will allow me to leave or to reinstall. It's really a stupid question to interrupt the workflow of a person, and the other posters here should not have continually to uninstall and reinstall the software to make it work.

  I'm sorry you troubles here.

  It seems that this creative cloud desktop application is unable to write to one of the files on your machine, and so you're stuck in a spinner.

  We have seen this happen a couple times before, and have a fix that you can run:

  1 leave the desktop application Cloud Creative

  2. in the menu go to the Finder, select go to folder

  3. paste this path, and click OK:

  ~/Library/preferences/

  4. in the window that opens, you should see a list of files, including com.adobe.accmac.plist

  5. click on com.adobe.accmac.plist and rename it to com.adobe.accmac.plist.old. You will be asked to confirm that you want to change the .old extension.

  6. start the creative Cloud desktop application again.

  I hope that this action has resolved the problem. Let me know and we'll take it from there.

  Hello world. I'm new to PS and feeling very overwhelmed. I tried to synchronize two TypeKit to PS fonts and it does not work. When I go in TypeKit, it says that the fonts have been synchronized. But they do not appear in PS as synchronized. I did some research on Google and it has been suggested that I have stop synchronization, then on again. Yes, I did. I also rebooted PS. nothing. What can I do?

  I'm sorry you have problems of synchronization fonts Typekit! Please try these other troubleshooting procedures to start:

  If this does not resolve the problem, send a screenshot of the tab fonts in your client application creative cloud and a few log files your computer at [email protected]creative cloud.

  I have updated to the most recent creative cloud, who came with his questions. The most recent, that I could not find a fix for is TypeKit. I have two fonts I used in previous projects which have now * beside the fonts, and will not be synchronized. If anyone has a resolution of this problem, I would like to know because these are fonts that I use a lot.

  Adobe, you are NOT what you used to be. You have got worse, not better.

  It helped for me:

  Switch dimmed Typekit

  1 leave the desktop application Cloud Creative

• Adobe Typekit Fonts not usable

  My adobe typekit fonts will not sync to my CC applications such as Illustrator and I am unable to change.  Menu fonts in the CC desktop application does not load and won't turn on / turn off sync fonts.  However, they appear actually as synchronized in my creative cloud account in my browser under policies synchronized.

• Some computer office-available policies do not sync

  Fonts and file synchronization works for me, but some policies that say they are available to the police office synchronization on Typekit are not appearing in Photoshop or any other applications. I still see notification files synchronize when I choose them to use desktop on Typekit, but they do not appear in my list of fonts that are synced to the cloud creative application and are not available for use in applications. Adelle and FF Tisa Pro are two examples.

  I understand that, after the update your iPhone to iOS 10, you had some problems with your notes, do not sync with other devices. I know it's important to have your information available on any device you use, so I'm happy to help you.

  If use you iCloud for synchronize your notes, and then connect to iCloud.com and see if your notes are sync to iCloud at all.

  We want to, on your iPhone, make sure you create notes in the right folder. Open the Notes app, and then tap left arrow in the upper left corner of the app. Make sure that you have the appropriate folder selected here when entering new tickets.

  If your notes are not yet the timing, we will try to switch your Notes and turn it back on. To make this opening settings > iCloud. Disable notes, restart your iPhone, and then turn on again them.

  As I went to iOS 10 I noticed that a few songs I had bought on iTunes and a few songs that I had moved into my CD music have not synchronized to music.

  I get the symbol of the cloud next to the song and can only listen to songs if I am on wifi.

  I went and re - sync the phone several times and still no luck.

  What have I done wrong?

It's a bit unclear exactly how you have configured devices, but if you are currently using iCloud Music Library (whether for the music of Apple or iTunes game), you would not sync your music from iTunes directly. All of this would be available via Apple iTunes/music game for broadcast, with an option to download a local copy for offline listening.   I recently bought a new ipod and I was able to transfer all my itunes library outside my songs bought on itunes top. I authorized the computer but it still always tells me that this is not allowed and won't let me not sync them to my new ipod. Please help me.

  Is it possible that you used another Apple ID to buy songs that are used to synchronize?  These songs are probably more old purchases, because iTunes Store did not use DRM (copy protection) on the music files since 2009.  So, maybe you had an old Apple ID back then you are not currently using...

  You can check by selecting one of the songs (which doesn't sync to the iPod) in your iTunes library.  Right click it and get the information.  On the information window, go to the file tab.  It should show the purchased by here.  What is the Apple ID, allows you to authorize the computer?

  If this isn't the case, you must use the command allow this computer again and enrolled her other identifying Apple (and its password).  A computer can be allowed with several identifiers of Apple.

  Thanks for your post today in Apple Support communities. I see that documents which are synchronized on iCloud computer of Sierra of macOS are not sync on your iPhone. I know it's a great feature to have all your synchronized documents. I'll be more than happy to help.

  Because documents are correctly synchronized from the Mac to iCloud.com, allows to get their sync correctly to the iPhone. Lets go to settings > iCloud > the iCloud player on and off. Once it is off, exit the settings. Then lets turn it back on. It might take a few moments to all turn on again and start the synchronization.

  Check if the documents are appearing. If this is not the case, let know us and we will be happy to help you further.

• Photo albums, do not sync on iOS 10

  Whenever I try to sync my photo albums regular on my iPhone with the newly updated iOS 10, photos sync but not displayed in albums.

  They show in the pictures under different dates tab, but not in the albums section in the appropriate album titles the they are synced with.

  Ive never had this problem until the update to iOS 10 today.

  Help, please! Given these photos sorted into albums is a necessity for me!

• iPhone not syncing with itunes

  I have a problem with my iPhone 6 do not sync with iTunes. I tried many fixes nothing works.

  When connecting my iPhone to my laptop via the USB port, it will load. But iTunes won't recognize the device. I got around this before creating a separate playlist (access by holding SHIFT when opening iTunes), as my wife and I both use the same laptop computer for iTunes. But this no longer works and the laptop does not recognize the iPhone on any playlists. I tried the following:

  -Change the USB port

  -change the usb cable

  -reset the two devices (hard reset on iPhone)

  -allowing the radiation and authorizing on itunes

  -J' chose to allow the laptop to access the data and photos on the iPhone

  Someone at - it ideas? I am at a total loss after spending 45 minutes on this last night.

  Are you on Windows?  If so, try to uninstall and reinstall iTunes (later).

• contacts in messages app DISAPPEAR (do not sync to icloud?)

  I noticed recently that the contacts that I create in the iMessage on my iphone application (by going to the conversation > Details > (phone number) info > create a new contact) is not sync to iCloud or whatever it is. I have no idea where these contacts will because that's where it gets weird.

  If I ever want to text one of these contacts, I just start a new conversation in the iMessage application, type their name and their contact appear

  But if I wanted to call, if I went to the phone application and typed in their name nothing would leap upward. If I went to the app contacts one typed their name in anything would jump upward. There is literally no trace of the any of these contacts outside of the messages on my iphone app.

  You synchronize your contacts with other services, e-mail or cloud service? If you open Contacts on your device, if you look in the upper left corner, does show all Contacts, or are they showing? It is possible that your contacts are stored in a different location, if you look at any of your e-mail accounts, they turned on Contacts?

• I just bought an iPhone 6 s more who will not sync with iTunes 12.2.2.252.25

  I'm under Lion with iTunes 12.2.2.25 and my new iPhone 6s more will not sync.  Unfortunately, I can't spend the MacBook to El Capitan due to age.  iPhone syncs with El Capitan (just tested this, do not) it seems crazy to me that my Mini iPad will sync, running the same iOS but my phone won't.  Help?

  Then sync your iPhone.

  Best to disconnect the iPhone from your Mac during the update process.
