  Make sure that this this file - ms_spoint_2007cs.gif - is located in your local site folder first in the 'images' folder where your image "return_courselist_button_s3.gif".

  Then upload it to the remote server in the same folder - "images".

  Add a link to the image page and then download the page at your remote site.

  I went the codes of your site, I see that you added a third party widget or a HTML code in the design

  

  I would suggest that you try to remove all the third-party widget or code and try to publish from Muse under FTP upload process.

  Note: In the edition of browser only works if the design is downloaded using Adobe Muse.

  If you still encounter the issue, I suggest get you in touch with the help/support the browser edition.

• Link goes to the wrong page, once the site is transferred via ftp

  No matter what I do in Muse, a particular link goes to the wrong page. I tried to rename the page, deletion and recreation of the link, change the text styles, download of the whole of the site several times, you call it.

  When I saw site in the browser the link works correctly. When I upload to the server the link does not work properly.

  Links:

  Home page under menu

  Link under testimony / continue reading, to half way down the page

  Links should go to the testimonials page, but it takes you to the FAQ page.

  I just noticed the link links simply bounces back to the home page.

  Weird.

  I suspect that the href-data tag is the culprit.

  OK, so I deleted the page with broken links and created a new, deleted the page that the link has gone in and created a new.

  Created a new link in the menu of Muse.

  Tested the site on BusinessCatalyst and it worked.

  Downloaded the site via FTP (all files, not just an update).

  Same problem again.

  Site exported as HTML to my local HD, no problem with the link.

  Very confused.

  I am trying to download a 'coming soon' page for a customer, riding too one existing site, she (build in Muse). I tried the download with no public_html folder nothing helps. Downloading the files and I don't get any errors, but its existing site is still there. When I asked the designer of the current site for help, she responded with this, and I have no idea where to start!

  "index.html is not visible, because there is a redirect in .htaccess to container.php in your FTP program, you need to enable the visibility of hidden files."

  Does that mean something to someone?

  FYI: when downloading via ftp to my server on Bluehost (for other clients) I have no problem.

  I'm no expert here, but I suggest to go through this .htaccess tutorial info just in case you are hesitant to ask your colleague for more precision.

  Make sure you have the latest flashplayer/java - fix maby. How prop when previewing in Muse? And preview in the browser?

  What happened to me once, it was I downloaded with Filezilla... the fact even more on the site and downloaded the changes... but it would not be updated... even with refresh.

  Then I used ccleaner and it erased my browser temporary files and history. Then it worked fine.

  Setup CCleaner is straight forwar. No need to tweek more. I've set up with options for a click on my locked (open ccleaner and run ccleaner)

  moment of its installation.
