  Illustrator CC - tools does not have access to the menu options drop down

  For example, I want to change the shape of rectangle to oval, press and hold on the shape of rectangle (default) will not give access to the other options of shape.  Or, for another example, the text tool will not allow access to type on a path options.

  Can someone help me on this? I performed a brand new PC and CC (the most recent copy) Illustrator.

• I want to prevent access to the menu bar (file, editing, display, tools, someone) and prevent access to the restoration of firefox completely.

  Basically, I set up firefox for my guest account. I've already locked download (requires password) prohibited access to modules and tools. Really, there are only a few more things I want to set up.

  For example when you right-click at the top of firefox it will show 'Menu Bar' and 'bookmark' tab I want to prevent users from right-clicking and showing that the bar and ultimately using the help > troubleshooting Info > update Firefox, because they could reset Firefox and get full access to download it again.

  I would also like to prevent access to the right by clicking on entirely, showing the context menu.

  • Create the folder chrome (lowercase) in the .default < xxxxxxxx > profile folder if the folder does not exist
  • Use a text editor like Notepad to create a userChrome.css (new) file in the folder chrome (file name is case sensitive)

  I just upgraded from Workstation 6.5 to 7.1 and immediately hit a serious problem: VM has when turn full screen, I can't access the menu of VMware.

  I press Ctrl-alt to ungrab and press Alt - W, Alt-E, etc. to open menus on top of the virtual machine. It worked well in 6.5 and now does nothing.  I have to leave completely full screen to access the menu.  I to this is a showstopper for me - I go to the menu constantly.

  Shortcut control-alt-left/right keys are also broken.  They concentrate the VM that switches, so if I want to move two VMs, instead of htting control-alt-right, I have to stop and ungrab the entrance again and again for each VM I jump over.  Shortcut keys also do work at all when not full screen.  (I use the VMware window menu to edit VMswhich is the biggest problem with the menu does notand I was hoping these access keys fast would be a partial workraround, but these two questions make it pretty useless.)  It also won't let me a list of choices and doesn't let me access a suspended virtual machine.)

  Are workarounds or the other of these known issues?

  Why don't you try quick 'Switch' option instead of using "full screen"?

  I think the keys you speak is CTRL + ESC (display the start menu). You can also get the boot menu if you have a key of your keyboard - Windows Logo key Windows (display or hide the start menu)
