ugly Costomer Service

Why is it so difficult to get Skype customer service? First, they make you go through all these questoins, whose none relate to your problem, then you are invited to this quorum where perhaps someone will respond to your problem and maybe they won't. And recently I did find out that I can't use Live Chat unless I buy a premium membership. I can't find an option to email on the site, he might be there, but I'm not. I've been a customer for years and every time I have a problem, it's like pulling teeth to get any help.

    I bought a HP Pavilion dv6 - 7078ca in June. I'm very happy with it, but I have often wished that she had a backlit keyboard.   • Cannot reactivate Photoshop 8 (CS).

    I used my Photoshop CS (I've heard is 8) for more than a decade.  I used it on my current laptop with Windows 7 for more than two years.  Suddenly, I got a notice "Activation required".  After having been unable to activate it, I used the cat costomer service and told me that Photoshop 8 is not compatible with WIndows 7 and there is no service.  It works very well with Windows 7, if the darn activation screen would just leave.  Any suggestions? (other than buying the new version.  I don't have the money to do it right now.)

  • Machine Service / ugly ugly Tech

    I use my VAIO exclusively for work, and it has been a disaster since I bought it. The cursor jumps all over the screen. I can not type. I can't use the databases for my work without great difficulty. Sometimes not record not the keys. Sometimes, the screen freezes. Sometimes I can't keep the cursor on a line type. So, I took the machine in the store Sony here in the city. they have kept the machine for a few days and then called and told me that he took to a software upgrade. I take the Sony to the small claims court to recover my money. Is this normal for this company? I am a real estate appraiser and just bought a new Sony camera, too. On my old camera, the battery lasts a month between charges. On the Sony, the battery is good for 4 days. What is quality here? Any suggestions on what to do? In addition to trying to empty the computer? I have not thousands toss on crappy electronics. I thought Sony had a good representative?

  • Screw is missing after service and can't find the right display driver

    Last week, I complained about the weakness of the MIC and I sent mobile care Toshiba in Adelaide. Yesterday, they sent it.

    I doubt that Toshiba you can send this screw but you must contact the service provider allowed again. I'm pretty sure they can send you the missing screws and you can install it yourself. This should take only a few seconds.

    Regarding your question on the display driver: what graphics card you have exactly? If you have an nVidia card, you can install the t AMD display driver.
    In addition, it would be interesting to know what laptop you have exactly. Maybe you can post the exact model number.

  • No service after upgrade the server to 5.2 on El Capitan

    I have a web server that was doing very well until I left the 5.2 update suggested to install OS X Server. I can't get to broadcast web pages. Screen sharing works always and nothing has changed on the routers, etc.

    I restarted the server after the update and restarted the server itself several times but keep getting connection via a browser failures.

    I did the upgrade even on other servers as well as the upgrade of Sierra. This server is running El Capitan, and is the only one that gave me problems. 5.2 server is not compatible with El Capitan?

    Some additional info:

    I can connect to the server through ftp and other services; just no web service.

    Port tests show that port 80 is not blocked

    Using the IP address I can get to the window of the home server.

    Accessibility means no services available

    Websites is on and I can't find anything that is not defined in law or is different than before the update.

    If you do not have cellular service on your phone, then you contact your phone provider and let them know that you can't get their service on your phone.

    My apologies for the weird subject but heading I really wanted to attract someone's attention because at the present time (a guy called Paul online support side) nobody came back to me at all about my recent visit to your store from Covent Garden and the very disappointing time there.

    Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.

    Where do you have the phone first?

  • 10 iOS and ios 10.0.2. Always give service problems.

    Since ios 10.0.0 came out my phone started acting weird until I could update. Then the update made my telephone service say up to the search for a few weeks now. I have restored, downgraded, updated updated again iOS 10.0.2, reset all settings, reset settings network, restore, rebooted and even changed my sim card. My service is returned temporarily for an hour and that's all. Att says I should talk to a store of authorized local apple (not really apple) and also told me that there is nothing they can do. I was told that I should talk to someone at apple and see if it can be fixed or just replace my phone (which is not something I can afford right now).

    It seems that your iPhone iOS 10.0.2 6 is looking for service and you are unable to connect to your AT & T business network. Have you tried a litany of troubleshooting steps, and I would suggest a more.

    How to back up your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch --before troubleshooting a device, I always recommend a new backup to protect your personal information. It is preferable "to have" one to the 'need' to a backup.

    Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - this step will completely erase hard drive and remaining needs through iTunes on a Mac or PC to your iPhone. The first time, select "set up as a new iPhone. Once you return to your home screen, you should be able to see if you connect to their service. If everything works as it should, use the "restore from backup" link in the section «Get help» If it is not, under the same article, "Contact Apple Support".

    Most of the phones allow you to disable the location services for 911 evolved so much, I am not sure that what the switch is for. All phones sold in the United States for the last decade (more or less) have been created so that if you call the number of the emergency services (911), dispatchers will be able to see where you are. This is why they can send the police, fire or ambulance to the correct location even if you don't know where you are.
