Uh oh... my browser just spoke to me.  Spyware?

I just clicked on a result of research and all of a sudden my Chrome browser started saying (literally) "your computer is infected with spyware.  Dial the number on the screen to learn how... "I quickly wrote the number and all stop."  Now, I use my laptop and I would like to see if anyone else has experienced this before that I called the number of thought.  Help!  Terri

It's a scam pop-up ads, also known as the name of a browser hijacker.  Don't call all the numbers you have seen in the pop-up window.  To get rid of this, Force Quit Chrome (-> force quit-> Chrome), then restart in Mode safe mode by pressing the SHIFT key.  This will prevent the already open tabs or windows to reopen.

    For some reason, nothing is displayed in the browser if the path contains "_728x90". Not even just the name of the file, I mean the full path.

    I thought about it when redo the banner for the 4th time and tests in the browser after each step (but don't save, this was the 4th time I was again it..). He has always worked and I was happy that I finally made at the end. Then I saved the file with a useful name, and then it stopped working again. I rename and found out it was the problem.

    I thought, well, if I can't put the resolution in the name of the file I'll rename the project file to include the latter. He broke again.

    I have to add: my another banner which is 338 x 280 has no problem at all. I put "_338x280" in the name of the file without any problems. However "_728x90" it breaks.

    Thought I should let the Adobe / know not the internet. This problem drove me almost crazy, I hope that Adobe can solve this problem quickly and at the same time people could find the problem here.

  • Why do I have to be in private browsing just to sign in Google?

  • browser keeps time when you try to download

    I just bought Adobe elements 11, and when I click on the "Download" button on in the 'my orders' screen opens a new tab in my browser and nothing happens and it expires later.  I tried this in chrome, Firefox and IE 10, and the same thing is happening in each.

    I just spoke with tech support, and they suggested that I have download the demo version and enter the serial number of my receipt and prevents him from which expires after 30 days.  It worked.

    Seemingly random situations, Mozilla Firefox 42.0 on Windows 10 stops any type of loading page. Caution endlessly, any address spinning loading icon is tapped. This problem is solved only when I restart the browser (just by closing and opening this new patches).

    I'm sorry that it took me so long to revisit this issue.

    It seems that the pain I was experiencing was caused by one of the two addons: roomy Bookmarks Toolbar and (BookmarksBar) hide (or) Show - Hide Bookmarks Toolbar (can't remember who it is because I have already deleted them).

    It seems that one of them, or a combination of these addons caused problems of the no-load. Given that I removed these addons, it disappeared completely.

    I don't think that really change the default browser just stops Firefox is the default browser all the time. You must always follow the other article, which says:

    Hello jay25, another user we found that this could be related to active malware on your pc. Please close all firefox windows and try to start firefox in safe mode (by pressing the SHIFT key while you start it). in firefox, safe mode go to firefox > addons > extensions and remove the entry named 'Codec v1.0' or any other addons that suspicious look and you have not intentionally installed. then see if you can restart firefox normally...

    Please also make a thorough analysis of your system with the security software already in place or another tool like the free version of malwarebytes & keep firefox and your plugins up to date in order to stay safe on the web.

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Internet browser works is not on my 9700.

    Out of the blue today my browser just stopped working.  My camera no longer works.  Tried the camera in case of problems and managed to make it work temporarily by putting my finger in front of the flash but that only allowed me to take black pictures so I think that the lens is struck down.  I can't live without the camera.

    But I can't live without the browser.  I get the message unable to connect to the internet please try again later

    I can always download fromblackberry app world apps, play the music of my apps, use applications.  receive email, bb messenger works. Send SMS etc. I can connect via wifi or network.

    I tried to clean the cache, make the diagnosis of the mobile network, battery pull.  running out of ideas

    From my experience, this affects BIS, BES and all services that depend on those (BBM, email, AppWorld, web browsing, application access to the data from the internet, etc.). Troubleshooting specific issues during this interruption may be unnecessary.

    Once the fault clears, if things are not yet flowing for you, try the following steps:

    (1) registry HRT

    • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

    (2) Service reference books

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
