Unable to connect to microsoft account, check is not to send me the code.

I can't connect now, it tells me that I need to check my account but the SMS ever - I tried to change the email address and using them to check just but it enters a loop where I enter the 4 last digits of my phone number... and never sent me the code.

(Australia here - he sent me a text Message immediately when I changed the email address to tell me that the e-mail has been added in security settings but for some reason some may not send the code to verify the account)

When I try to use the support site, it just says: "something was wrong, we can't connect just now come back later '- so I can't log on to the Web site account, cannot be verified by phone... I am so happy to have this 'security' that I can not even access my own account...

Why can I a SMS telling me email has been changed, but cannot get an SMS with the security code? It's driving me crazy...

    I think the next thing to test would that interfere with Add-ons. Disables the Firefox Add-on - Add-ons that only list compatibility with Firefox 5, but some add-ons could cause problems.
