  I tried test the connection to the database of FDM help a 32-bit UDL file to check the 32-bit Oracle Client is installed and where the provider OLE DB for Oracle was not available.

  If you use vcenter to manage your servers from another computer. You should try to disable the windows firewall on the vcenter computer that manages the esx server.   The network port is the port on the laptop (it is not that large - look around) that looks like a large phone connection.
