  Please help me with the following information related to this issue:

  1. You have installed the required software on your computer which came with Auntie Photon?
  2. Do you see an error or exclamation point in Device Manager when you connect Auntie Photon dongle? See the steps to check:
  • Press Windows Key + X.
  • Select Device Manager.
  • Check if there is no error or exclamation point under Auntie Photon.

  This problem can occur if device drivers are not get detected or due to missing/corrupt device drivers.

  Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  Method 1: Run the hardware troubleshooter

  I recently installed XP Professional Service Pack 3. I connect to internet using my USB cable with my Sony Ericsson C702 (use the phone as a modem).

  So, I bought a Mecer bluetooth dongle. I installed the bluetooth software. Can I transfer data between my laptop and my mobile phone via bluetooth.

  Now the problem is I can not connect to the internet via bluetooth. I opened my bluetooth IVT software and paired my laptop and mobile computer.   I have a Mac mini as I try to connect via Ethernet cable to a modem Comcast Arris TG862. I was connected via Wifi without problem (with the exception of the slower speeds). I know that the Ethernet ports on the back of the modem seem to work, since I can listen to my TV, etc. In settings > network Ethernet shows as green and connected and gives me an IP address, but as soon as I turn off Wifi no web page doesn't load.
