  P.S.: It is a pity that Adobe does not allow to submit bug reports and forces me to realize this bug in a forum.   I found the files on the ftp server:

  with these two files I can now completely reinstall Adobe Reader 11 to the current version.

  I am pleased that succeeded installing on Windows 10-, but I forgot to warn you that updates automatic you will improve reader DC! In Reader XI under Edit > preferences > Updater, you can select "do not download or install updates automatically" and apply future reader XI patches yourself (the next update will probably be within 2 months). It should also be possible to change the registry so that the automatic updates won't give you upgraded DC. I have not made myself, but are looking for iDisablePromptForUpgrade on this link: Windows updates.
